Scattered around the mini fire burning up in front of you were your friends and the boys, as known as Bangtan. You all had been friends ever since elementary.

Only once in a while would the boys come visit you and your friends. Ever since they had made it big, they've been too busy to hangout. So every now and then, you all would have an open campfire and sing.

"Sing a song for us, Jungkook." suggested Taehyung from his seat. He was most fond about their golden maknae and his voice.

Everyone cheered and shouted Jungkook along, clapping along to lure him into showcasing his beautiful voice. Your eyes had been on his for a while and when they finally met yours, they shimmered and you swore you could see a tint of red growing on his cheeks.

You weren't sure if it was the effect of the glowing fire or the twinkling stars in the sky, but he looked beautiful. You turned away to catch a glance at the boy sporting his boxy smile in front of you.

"But sometimes,
I just want somebody to hold." Jungkook started, his beautiful voice startling the crowd. His eyes steadied on yours when he started the song.

"someone who can wear my jacket when they're cold.

"Yeah, sometimes, I want someone to grab my hand." Jungkook smiled as you continued your favorite song from him.

"pick me up, pull me close, be my man."

"I will love you 'til the end." You both sung out in unison, your voice blending together like two colors, creating a melodic harmony.

"So if you're out there I swear to be good to you.
'Cause I'm done looking for my future someone."

Your eyes were locked on each other as you both sang. Everyone waved their hands side to side and swayed along to the slow beat of the song, some even using their phone flashlights as light sticks.

"'Cause when the time is right, you'll be here,
but for now,
dear no one,
this is your love song."

Everyone clapped after Jungkook and you finished the the chorus. Both of you were blushing, your shyness getting the best of you.

"That was beautiful, Y/N." Jungkook breathed out, your voice replaying in his mind. He knew your voice was the most angelic sound in the entire world.

"Thank—"

"Just let me get this off my chest." His expression softened as you tried to read it. Then he stared through your eyes to meet your heart.

"I sang that because it was meant for you." His eyes wandered around shyly and he bit his lip to recall of anything else he had to say.

"Because I like you."

For the first time in forever, you could feel your heart pound with no mercy because you knew.
