'"Nadia, where are you going?'' Mairam asked Nadia who picked her handbag and sunglasses.

''To yakaka's house." She replied in her thick british accent heading towards the main door. In their house, they always speak Hausa and english.

One day Aidah and Mairam went out then they met a woman, that woman asked them if they were from the north and they said yes. She was like she thought they didn't know how to speak Hausa and Aidah was like 'who are you kidding we grew up in maiduguri'

But the saddest and funny thing is that they can't speak kanuri fluently. Aidah went to the living room and switched on the tv to E! Her fave channel at the moment. She was watching KUWTK when Maryama called.

''Hey girl!" She said from the other end.

''Maryama, how are you?''

''I am fine, you?, are you at home?''

''I'm fine too and yeah, you coming over?'' She asked and Maryama said yes, she would be here in 30 minutes or less. She's taking Aidah out on a date.

However, Sayyid and Aidah's relationship is going smoothly, Mairam and Nadia know about them and so as his sisters. He never fails to express his love to her which is so cute, he cares a lot. He has traveled to florida for some project. They video and voice call everyday, she just hates that she can't see him physically. Samad always teases her about being his bestfriend's girl.

She finished watching the episode she was watching and went up to her room to have her bath. She removed her clothes and wrapped her towel and entered the bathroom. She took a relaxing shower and came out, rubbed her victoria secrets body lotion and wore a gold satin dress with a matching veil, put on a hijab and prayed maghreb since its already time.

She sat on the stool at the vanity mirror and touched her face a little. She just applied a maroon lipstick, liner and mascara then she sprayed Baccarat Rouge perfume. She had her Cartier love bracelet and VCA vintage Alhambra in maroon with a matching earrings and the 20 motif necklace in the same color. She also had a Chanel brooch on. She picked her phone and stuff them inside her Maroon Mini Kelly and slipped into a Maroon jimmy choo heels and snapped a mirror picture.

She went downstairs to the living room where she saw Khalifa, Mahmoud and Mairam arguing about something.

''Why are you guys always arguing?'' Aidah asked rolling her eyes.

''Where are you going like this?" Mahmoud asked, totally ignoring her question.

''Ooh sis, you look breathtaking." Khalifa said with a wink.

''Thank you khally and i'm going on a date with my bestfriend."

Just in time Maryama came into the living room with her black scarf hanging on her right hand, she's dressed in a beautiful purple dress she has her makeup beautifully done by probably herself, like that girl can do makeup.

''Hey bestie." Aidah gave her a hug.

She hugged her back. "Please help me tie this thing." She added referring to her scarf and Aidah did. She quickly went to Ammi's room to tell her that they are off.

''Toh se kun dawo, Allah naya barazu(God bless you)'' She said in kanuri and pecked Aidah's forehead, she said Ameen and left the room.

They went out to the parking lot and zoomed out in Maryama's '2018 ford fusion hybrid' and headed to a classy restaurant in the central business district.

They arrived shortly and hopped out of the car and entered the place. it's a really beautiful place with good food too.  They went ahead and sat down in a corner, that's where Maryama reserved for them. The waiter came and took their orders. Maryama ordered french onion soup with spicy shrimp and cocktail while Aidah ordered caeser salad with spaghetti bolognese and chapman.
