Forbidden love

Fifth part

A/N: I'm sorry for not having posted in so long. Me and my family went on a trip for a few days so I haven't been able to update but here is a new part!

Flashback, 10 months ago:
He picked me up and sat me down on the kitchen counter. He pulled away from my lips and started kissing down my neck "my mom will be home soon Archie" he pulled away and looked me in my eyes.
"Then lets move this to your room" I jumped down from the counter and took his hand. I led him into my room and lay him down on my bed. I sat on his lap and leaned down to kiss him. He started pulling down the strap on my tank top "Veronica, I am home" I quickly stood up and Archie did the same. He snuck out to the kitchen and continued cleaning. I walked to the door where my mom was standing.
"Hi honey, can you help me with the groceries?"
"Sure" I said bending down to get the bags. I walked with them into the kitchen where Archie were. He looked at me and smirked. My mom walked in after me "hey Archie, you're still here?"
"Yeah, it took a little longer to clean today"
"Really? Was it that messy?"
"No I just got distracted with other things" he said and looked at me. I looked down so that he wouldn't see my big ugly smile.
"Well how does it feel knowing that tomorrow is your last day here?"
"Good, I hate cleaning" Archie said and laughed "but I will miss you two"
"Maybe you can over for dinner tomorrow after you're done. I wanna celebrate the fact that I'm on vacation for four months" he looked at my mom and smiled. He then looked over at me and I shook my head "I'll come! But I'm done here now so I should get going" he walked out to the hallway. I walked after him "are you kidding with me?" I asked him quietly.
"Nope I'm serious. I wanna be close to you even if it means coming to awkward dinners with you and your mom" I smiled at him and reached up and kissed him.
"I'll call you later" he said before walking out.

We got ready for bed and then we both lay down in my bed. Everyone else in our room were still with other friends. We were supposed to be asleep by now, but they had snuck out. The leaders were having a meeting for another thirty minutes which meant they didn't have to be back until then.
"So Veronica, tell me more about your ex"
"Really? I thought we were done talking about him"
"Nope, I need to know more about this guy"
"Well he was a few years older than me"
"Really, that's all you're gonna give me?"
"Well ask me something then"
"How much older was he?"
"You would judge me if I told you"
"I won't judge, come on tell me"
"Seven years"
"Seven years?!"
"You said you wouldn't judge"
"I'm not judging, just, isn't that illegal"
"Yeah, that's part of why we broke up"
"Okay, what was his name"
"I can't tell you"
"Why not?"
"I just can't"
"Why is it someone I know? Oh my god, is it someone inappropriate like your relative?"
"Eww, no. But it's still sorta inappropriate I guess"
"Just tell me"
"You can't tell anyone, okay?"
"I promise, why are you making such a big deal out of this. I mean who would I tell, it's not like your ex is here" I stared at her which made her realize "oh my god, it's Archie!" she screamed out at the same time as Archie walked in. He looked at me and walked over to us "what are you two talking about?" Nelly wasn't with him so it was just the three of us in the room.
"Archie, calm down. Please don't get mad, but I told her" I saw how angry he was. Arizona slowly got out of my bed and climbed up to her bed. I stood up and walked with Archie outside.
"You told her?"
"I'm sorry, but do you know how good it felt to tell someone. I can finally talk about it and not keep it all inside, like you do"
"Wow, I'm sorry for you breaking up with me"
"You were a jerk to me, you think I'm gonna be together with someone who hated me?"
"I never hated you!"
"Really? Well you didn't love me either!"
"How do you know that? I have never said that I didn't love you!"
"Well did you?"
"I did, but does it even matter?"
