Walking the school halls on a Friday morning made me feel excited mainly because I don't have school tomorrow and Sunday.

"Damn babe you look badass" Jasmine greets me with Alex by her side.

It's true that I do look badass. I mean I'm wearing a black leather jacket, with a white tee, ripped black skinny jeans and black ankle boots.

I tied my hair in a high ponytail, wearing big stud silver earrings and pink lipgloss.

"Hi Alex" I greet him giving him my welcome friendly smile.

"Hey Jessica" he say while giving me a dimple smile and a high five.

"I agree with Jas here, you do look badass, all you just have to do is get into detention, ride a motorcycle and you'll be a cliche." He say rubbing his hands together looking all excited.

"Oh hell no Alex" I exclaim figuring out the reason for his excitement.

"I'm not going to let you get me into trouble, you bloody troublemaker." I tell him with a little spunk to my attitude.

Raising both his hands as a gesture of surrender, he turned to Jas and kiss her on her left cheek.

Before leaving, he turn to me once more "If you ever change your mind, you know where to find me." and he left.

"Spill." I squeal as I push Jas in an empty classroom .

"Ok. Alex and I are just friends." She says with a slight blush forming on her cheeks.

"Oh yeah and Joshua and I are besties. Cut the bullshit. What's happening with you two ? I saw him kiss you on your cheek."

"Alright, truth is during these past few days we got really close. We've been hanging out after school and texting each other over the phone. We're still friends nothing more." Jas explains.

I can't believe that Jasmine hid that information from me, I mean I'm her best friend aren't I the first person to know all of this stuff. I guess I'll just let this slide.

"It's ok Jas, don't worry by due time you and Alex will get there." I tell her with a smile on my face.

"Let's get to class, shall we" Jas says as we walked off to class."
