*Chloe's POV
"Oh my god you're Alex Aiono. I love your singing" I said star struck.
I have been listening to his covers for so long and his voice always calms me down.
"I love your music" I said with a smile.
"Thank you, aren't you Chloe? Grayson's girlfriend?" He asked
"Yah, how did you know that?" I asked confused.
"Grayson and I know each other. We met a couple of years ago when he was here for tour" he said.
"Wow. He never told me that" I said.
"What are you doing in California?" Alex asked.
"I moved here for college" I simply said.
"That's great. Are you and Grayson still dating?" He asked.
"We are. We're doing long distance" I said.
"Awesome. You guys are a great couple. He really likes you. Whenever we talk he always mentions how great you are" he said with a smile.
"That's so sweet" I said.
"So, where are you off to?" He asked.
"I'm going to get some food. Do you know anywhere that has good food?" I asked.
"There's this really nice cafe down the street. Their sandwiches are the best" he said.
"Thank you. Do you want to join me? My treat" I asked.
"Sure. That sounds fun" he said.
We walked to the cafe and started talking about our lives and what we liked to do.

We finished our food and we walked back to our apartments. Apparently he's my next door neighbor.
"Thank you so much for joining me for dinner" I said smiling.
"Of course. I had a great time. It was nice getting to know you" he said.
We said our goodbyes and then I walked back into my apartment.
As I was getting ready for bed Grayson called.
"Hello?" I said through the phone.
"Hey princess" Grayson said.
"Hey, how are you?" I asked
"I'm okay. I miss you" He said and I knew he had a sad face. I can just picture him.
"I know. I miss you too. Guess what?" I said
"What?" He asked.
"I met Alex aniono today" I said.
"Really?" He asked shocked.
"Yah, why didn't you tell me that you were friends with him?" I asked.
"I guess it never came up" he said with a chuckle.
"You always say that" I said with a chuckle.
"Well, did you ever ask me if I knew him?" He asked.
"Well, no" I said.
"So, then it never came up" he said and I knew he had a proud smile on his face.
"You're so goofy" I said chuckling and looking down.
"That's my specialty" he said and I knew her had a smirk on his face.
We talked about random things and then I had to get ready for bed since school starts tomorrow.
I turned on some music while I took a shower and brushed my teeth. I changed into my pjs and went to bed.
