chapter thirteen - "call out my name"

THE REST OF THE weekend was well spent with grayson and i.

with a fun friday night we decided to have fun in nature both saturday and sunday without ethan.

he sent me many clueless texts as to why i was ignoring him considering he didn't even see my previous texts so i didn't bother replying and left him to figure out what was wrong.

i did my makeup as i usually would not caring if i were late since i usually always was.

i put on some lip gloss along with silver hoops to finish my look off.

i entered my closet to get ready for the day and grabbed a plain white hoodie with a pair of light blue ripped boyfriend jeans.

i put my hair up lazily in a low messy bun pulling out a few longer strands in front of my face, looking in the mirror i smiled.

i felt cute.

i grab my bag and things running off downstairs to be met with my parents.

"hey." i said walking into the kitchen to grab a chewy bar.

"morning baby." my mom says drinking tea along with my dad on the table.

"good morning." my dad chimes in, engrossed into his phone

"any plans today?" my mom questions looking at me from afar.

i walk closer to where she sat thinking. "hm not that i know of, i might just go to the dolan's place, ill let you know." i shrug as she nods.

"okay im leaving for school, bye see you guys later." i say walking up to the front of the house.

they wave bye to me while i put on my white converse, and grab my white earphones from my bag leaving my house in a hurry.

i look up outside at the dark cloudy sky. it was gloomy, seeming as it was about to rain.

listening to my music i enjoyed the peace walking to school.

seconds later as expected i felt a rain drop hit my skin.

my pace went faster to make it to school on time and to make sure i didn't get drenched.

i felt a tap on my shoulder to reveal emma. a smile creeped up on my face upon seeing her face.

"hey!" she says walking with me.

eating my granola bar we walked together talking finally made it to school after ten minutes.

students were scattered throughout the halls talking and walking with friends.

while i sulked because i was at school. i made my way to my locker to get my things when hailey walked up to us.

"hey guys long one no talk." hailey smiles giving us a hug.

i hug back and nod. "how are you ethan? were you with each other this weekend?" i ask curiously.

"we're really good. im seriously falling in love with him, and yeah we hung out all weekend it was tons of fun." she says with a wide grin on her face.
