Chapter Three.
**************

"...I strongly believe that we don't meet people by accident, but rather they're meant to cross our paths for a reason. But what was the reason for these five boys coming into my life? I guess we'd have to find out..."

**************

The silence was the first thing I registered as I awoke from my slumber. My brain slowly turning back on as I kept my eyes closed and listened for something that could tell me what time of day it was.

I let out a small yawn, stretching my legs a little before my foot was caught but something hard. I thought maybe I'd left a basket of washing on the end of my bed again, however, no matter how hard I pushed the item did not want to move. I opened my left eye, seeing that my foot was pressed against a car door.

Car door?

I sat up to quickly that not only did I believe I gave myself whiplash, but I hit my head on the top of the car and probably gave myself a bruise.

I wasn't in my bed or even in a room. I was sitting in the backseat of an unfamiliar car...

Oh yes, I remember now.

Some random guy almost broke his way into my apartment, before making me scale down the side of my apartment building and to top it all off I was attacked by a zombie. We met with the strangers' friends and then we started drove off into the night and...

I must have fallen asleep because I can't remember anything after that.

It wasn't a dream after all.

I felt something slide from my body and onto the floor, picking up the grey sweatshirt that seemed to have been placed on my body as I'd slept. Who's is it?

Curly certainly wasn't wearing one last night, Frank was dressed as though he was vacationing in Hawaii, and I can't remember what the other three were wearing so that doesn't really narrow it down.

It very quickly dawned on me that I was now alone in the car. No one looked too be around or in the car, for as far as I could see. But what I did noticed where the two cars, one being new and the other being a new one, sitting either side of the car that I was currently in.

I was alone and now slightly terrified. I bet they've left me here all alone and taken off somewhere, so I'll never see them again...

But that doesn't explain the extra car.

I wrapped my arms around myself as I shivered in fear or from the drop of temperature in the car from having the sweatshirt fall from me. It was probably both.

The car softly shook as the wind howled around me. I could see tree in the distance and the grass behind the cars moving gently in the wind. I knew I needed to go out and try and find someone, but I wasn't going to freeze to death in the meantime, so I awkwardly manoeuvred the sweatshirt on and debated my options. I couldn't do anything to protect my legs from the icy chill of the wind, but that was the least of my worries right now.
