Chapter 69

Calypso POV

When I wake up that morning and I feel Kale make a tight grip on my waist and pull me closer to him. He has been acting really strange ever since Cameron told Meredith that he still has feelings for Stephanie.

"Babe, wake up."

He moaned. When he opened his eyes he smiled and put his head on my shoulder.

"Good morning sweetheart." and he kissed me. He saw the worry look in my eyes and asked me what was wrong.

"Kale you have been acting really weird and I am really worried."

"I just don't want to lose you. I don't want these past few years to be a waste."

"Like Mere and Cameron, babe?"

"Yes, like them. I love you to much to lose you. You are my one and true love Calypso."

I just looked at his beautiful eyes and played with his hair.

"I will never leave you Kale. I promise you that always and forever."

I kissed his forehead and we just laid there in the bed look at each other.

Kale finally decided to get of the bed and go to the bathroom to freshen up.

Kale POV

Calypso was so special to me. She was the light I needed. She helped me keep clan during all the things that are going on in my life and she hasn't left my side.

I wonder what Jacob thinks of her. Even though he is younger than me he was still my brother and I really don't feel like asking Mark.

I tell Calypso that I am going to talk with Jacob and I leave the room.

I knock on Jacob's door and he came and let me.

"What wrong bro? You seem like you saw a ghost."

"Why is everyone asking me that? I am fine." I sit down on his bed and look at him.

"Do I look that bad man?"

Jacob nodes his head.

"What wrong?"

"I can't think straight ever since Cameron told Mere that he still has feelings for Stephanie. I have been really attached to Calypso these past few days. I don't want her to leave my side because I think she will leave me for good."

Jacob just looked at me. He sat on the bed next to me and put his arm on my shoulder.

"Kale, Calypso will never leave you. I can see it in ththe way she looks at you that she loves you. You need to stop acting so weird or you will push her away and then she will really leave you."

I nodded and agreed with him.

"When was the last time you two did something special by yourself?"

That was a hard question because I couldn't remember. The last time was when were caught in her dorm room.

"Um. Like a couple years ago."

Jacob looked at me like I was crazy.

"That is a problem. I will fix this. Tonight you two will go for the whole night. I will stay here with Meredith and keep her company. I want you two out of here by 5 so find out what you guys are doing."

"Since when do you tell me what to do?"

I looked at him with a smile.

"Since you come in here for advice. Now go tell her and figure out what you are doing."

He pushed me out the door and I went straight back to our room.

Calypso POV

Kale came back in the room with a smile on his face. He came in to the bed and put me to sit on his lap.

"Kale are you okay?" I was giggling because I haven't seem him like this in days, but I liked it.

"I am fine. I wanted to ask of you would join me in coming to watch a movie and dinner?"

I looked at him to see if he was joking but he was serious. For the past few years we have never been a real date because we were doing it for Meredith's sake.

"Yes, I would love you join you for a movie and dinner. When are we leaving?"

"I want to be out for all day so we are leaving at 5. Don't fancy clothes I have a surprise for you after the dinner."

"Okay. We have a date for 5 today."
