Blake's POV
The ambulance came as soon as they possibly could and found that Kale was all good. No severe damage but Cameron was losing a lot of blood. Kale didn't end up at the hospital like his pal Cam, but he was pretty bruised. Calypso urged everyone to leave him alone and took him back to their house and took care of him al night.
Meredith wanted to go with Cameron to the hospital badly but I took her hand and pulled her away from the ambulance softly. Cameron's sister ended up flying from Texas tonight and met up with him at the hospital.
I held Meredith's hand as she stared at the floor. She seemed mentally beaten up so I took her body, turned her around and brought her head to my chest. Just like the first day I met her.
She was quiet for a minute until she bursted into tears. I ran my fingers through her soft hair and assured her everything would be okay.
"Mere, everything will be fine. Please don't cry. You had nothing to do with this."
She looked up with her eyeliner all smudged.
"It had nothing to do with me? My brother almost died trying to back up for me. Cameron is practically dying as we speak because he loved me. And I didn't have anything to do with it?"
"Meredith Brooks, he doesn't love you. He got so many chances to show you that he loves you, and if he truly did love you, no matter what, he wouldn't have wanted to go to Stephanie. And I know for a fact he wouldn't have wanted to leave you. But yet he did. You don't deserve someone like that. Not one bit. I promise you will forget about him soon. Just give it time. I waited years to hold you like this again, give me one more chance please?"
She seemed to think about it then I cuffed her cheek and wiped her tears away.
"One chance. That's all you got Blake." She said with a weak smile.
"Well then let me start my chance by taking you somewhere special tonight. Somewhere you'll forget all your troubles." I smirked and grabbed her by the waist and kissed her soft lips again after so damn long. I missed this feeling so much.

Kale's POV
I opened my eyes after what seemed forever. I saw my beautiful angelic Calypso wetting a towel with cold water to most likely put on my forehead.
"Babe..." I said with my voice all broken.
She quickly turned around in shock and sat next to me right away.
"Don't stress out and try not to move. You'll hurt yourself even more than you already did. I can't have you be in more pain."
I smiled with the thought of how much she truly did love me.
"You really do love me don't ya?"
She smiled and made my have man butterflies all over again. Just like the first time I met her in Ireland. All these memories started coming back, so quickly, for a reason which I didn't even know.
