I was swinging from building to building when I saw the busload of kids. Why is there a busload of kids in the middle of the night? The kids looked terrified, why? Might have something to do with them being on the edge of a 40 story tall building's rooftop. Why are these buildings so tall?! Cursed architects! The bus looked like it was obviously positioned there. Lizard. I swung into action. I landed next to the bus. "Hiya kids!" I said. The kids got happy and excited to see me. I couldn't help but smile behind my mask. I mean these kids lives are on the line and they are mesmerized by the fact that Spider-Man is there to rescue them. "Need some help?" The kids nodded. "Alright let's get you guys out of there. Do any of you know who or what did this?" "I do I do. A giant lizard." Said a little girl raising her hand. "When I save you guys Lizard is going behind bars. Nobody messes with kids in my neighborhood not on my watch." I walked to the back of the bus. I pulled the doors open. "Alright everyone stay perfectly still." "Yes sir Mr. Spidey." A little boy replied. The news crew was filming the scene. There were helicopters circling. I fired webs at 2 kids and yanked them out. I did this repeatedly. I had rescued 6 out of the 8 children.
It was going good when the bus started teetering violently and tipped over the edge of the building falling. I heard the kids screaming. I shot my webs at the bus multiple times and held on to the bus with one hand. I tied the web to the building. I swung down abd began webbing up the bus. The bus was now tethered to both buildings from every angle. I slowly crawled into the bus. The bus moved a little bit. I crawled slowly to the kids. I heard the strains of my webs. That doesn't sound very good. I quickly ran to the kids and grabbed them. "Hang on very very tightly! Got it?!" I said. "Yes Spider-Man." The kids said simultaneously. The webs on the front of the bus snapped and it went swinging towards the building behind it. The bus was hanging vertically. I crawled up the bus. I heard the webs straining and soon snapped again. I webzipped the three of us out of the bus and put the kids on the rooftop. I dove off the building and began quickly webbing the bus up everywhere like a caccoon. Webs were attaching themselves to the buildings. The yellow bus was soon mostly white with webs. The bus was still 15 yards in the sky. Hey it's better than having it dangling 250 yards in the air ready to plummet into the ground and cause a fiery explosion.
