So, months and months and more months have passed and I haven't got a call. Along with my many sent messages to Happy asking about any missions. No replies back. I'm starting to get tired of just being the Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man....I want to be more. I want to do more. I want to fight alongside Natasha and Tony and Captain and the others. But I can't because, well one, Captain America has disappeared to god knows where. Two, The Avengers are like, not even a thing anymore, they've disbanded. Now it's just a group of like three or four people. Thor is nowhere on Earth. Hulk is a ghost, off the radar. I sighed looking at my text messages to Happy. I walked into school and sat next to Cassie. She smiled at me beautifully as I plopped down in my seat next to her. Cassie and I are real good friends now. We text each other a lot lately and it's nice to have her know that I'm Spider-Man. It gives me a person to let all of my thoughts about my day saving people out. I also made a new friend over the year since Gwen died. His name is Ned Leeds, he's a huge Lego fanatic. I forgot to mention him before. He's really funny. I'm supposed to help him finish his Lego Death Star because I'm that sort of friend.

I told her about how Captain America let a jet bridge crush me. How no one would help me get out from under the jet bridge that was resting on my ribcage. How I got furious at everyone and stood up with the jet bridge above my head and threw the thing at the giant man's back. We just sat there talking about it in her living room at her dad's condo. We sat there talking for a good two and half hours before I had to go. You know save the day and all. I sighed. "I got to go." "I know." I tore off my regular clothes to reveal my new Spider-Man suit. I slipped the mask on and swung to the noise I heard. I saw a girl get her purse snatched and I webbed the man who took it. I webbed him upside down to a light pole. I handed the purse to the lady and took off. That was it. That was me saving the day. I sighed. I want something interesting for once. You know like Electro, or Lizard, or Green Goblin. Not your everyday purse snatcher and a cat stuck in a tree. I swung home in my suit. I want something to happen. Like those bank robbers with the weird technology. Where are they getting them from? They can't be making it themselves. They have to be getting them off the streets, right? Weapon with technology that could possibly rival Stark's. I crawled into my window when I arrived at home. I quietly crawled along the ceiling and slipped my mask off. I slid the window back up with my foot. I saw aunt May walk by the bedroom door. I froze. She continued on. I crawled towards the door and shot a web at it. I pulled the web and the door was closed and was left open a crack. I detached my feet from the ceiling and was hanging from the ceiling by my hands. I landed on the floor and closed the door quietly. Weird....Deja vu. I feel like I've done this before. The only difference being someone found out I was Spider-Man. No one is my bedroom except me. I turned around. OH YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! I screamed in my brain. Sitting on my bed was my friend Ned, holding his Death Star in his hands. His mouth was open. The sphere fell from his hands and crashed onto the floor. "Peter? What was that?" "Nothing!" I yelled. "Ned! What are you doing here?!" I whisper screamed. "You're the Spider-Man." he said. "No I'm not." I stated hitting the spider emblem. The suit fell to the floor. "Dude! You were on the ceiling!!" "Ned! You have to promise not to tell anyone! Not even May." "She doesn't know?" "Of course she doesn't know. Once she finds out I'm Spider-Man. She'll freak out and then I'll freak out because she's freaking out and then bad things happen." I whispered quickly. "This is awesome!!" Ned said with a smile. "So how do you have time to do this and the Stark internship?" He asked. I looked at him. "Dude this is the Stark internship." "Oohhhh." "Come on get out of here." I said pushing him out of the room. I closed the door and put regular clothes on.
