Chapter 15

    I walked into my aunt May's second house given to her by Mr. Stark for security reasons. The place was trashed; there was broken glass, blood stains, and the security measures were destroyed. I heard a faint noise come from a different room. I slowly walked to the room. I saw a body...a female body. I turned the body over...it was aunt May. She had a head injury...and wound in her side. "May? May?! Oh my god! May! What happened?! Who did this?! Oh god! May!" I yelled cradling her head in my arms. Her eyes fluttered open. "Pete? Petey? Hey...I love you." "May...please...who did this?" "A monster in black...with....with....with a white spider." "Venom." I said in a whisper. "Peter you have to promise me...don't fight that thing alone. Even superheroes need a hand every once in a while." "No....no no no. Don't say that! You aren't going to die!" "Pete...I get to be with Ben again...I will be happy." "I won't. May...you are the closest thing I've got to a mother. I don't know what I'll do without you. Please May...don't do this." I begged in tears. Tears ran down the cheeks of my aunt's face as she smiled. "I'll be here...always...in here." She said pointing to my forehead. "And here." She added placing her hand over my heart. My hand went to hers and put it to my face. I cried. "Please!" I begged. May wiped the tears from my eyes. "Peter...you need to be strong...you need to be there for your father...and promise me to kick Venom's ass to the moon and back and send him to fucking hell." She said. "Even when you are dying...you still find the time to be the coolest aunt ever." I said with a chuckle and sniffled. "Remember...I love you...Pete...I always will....now...go be a hero." May said before her head fell to the side. Her hand slipped from my own and fell to the floor. "May? May?! May! No! Nonono!" I screamed as I buried my face into her chest. I lifted my head up and my body shook with fury and rage. I let out a bloodcurdling scream, "NO!!"
