I was at school and Ned kept asking me questions about Spider-Man. One class, "Can you summon an army of spiders?" "No Ned." Another class, "How far can you shoot your webs?" "I don't know, Ned." Again another class, "Can you shoot out venom?" "No Ned!" I screamed accidentally. People looked at me. "Stop asking me questions." I whispered.

We were in gym class, I was doing situps. "Can I be the guy in the chair?" "What? No." "Oh Come on every superhero has a guy in a chair." "I'll think about it." "Cool." He said. A heard voices talking about superheroes. "I'd kiss Captain America, marry Thor, and kill Hulk. What about you Liz?" "Ummm. I think I would choose Spider-Man." My head snapped up. I stopped doing situps. Oh god. "Don't tell me...you're crushing on Spider-Man. What if he's messed up under the mask like that comic book character Deadpool?" "I would still love him for the person he is on the inside." Liz said. "PETER KNOWS SPIDER-MAN!!!!" yelled a voice. It was Ned. I looked at him furiously.

I stood up. The whole gym was staring at the two of us. "I'm sure he does and my girlfriend is Black Widow." Flash Thompson teased. "I wouldn't say I know Spider-Man...I have just met him a couple of times through the Stark internship that I'm not supposed to talk about with anyone." I said looking at Ned. "Well if you know Spider-Man then bring him to Liz's party tonight." Flash said. "Yeah why don't you guys come?" Liz asked. "Uh I can't I got to swing by some stores and run some errands." I said rubbing the back of my neck nervous. "Well at least try to make it." She asked. The bell rang. I turned to Ned. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING??!!" "Helping you out man. She is in love with Spider-Man. If anyone has a chance of dating a senior it's you." I sighed. "Ned...I've already got Cassie to love." "Mr. Stark's daughter?!" "No Steve Rogers' cousin. Yes! Mr. Stark's daughter dumbass!" I said. "Right." "I can't show up as Spider-Man Ned." I said walking away.

I was at home in pacing back and forth in my bedroom. I stopped for a second. I'm not going to go. I'm going. I'm not. I am. I'll stop by for a split second as Spider-Man. I called Ned. "Fine we'll go. I'll meet you there." I said.
