Chapter seven

Rye's P.O.V

It's Saturday so I'm going to be at home all day, boring, I go to the tree hoping that someone will be there. I see Andy leaning against it and smile.

"Hey, I was hoping one of you would be here," i say as I sit with him "were you waiting for someone?"
"No, I just thought I'd sit out here while it's sunny. Brooks with Jack anyway, they've gone to watch a film."
"I'm sorry, I wish we could all go do stuff like that but it's too risky me been seen,"
"It's fine I understand."

We sit in the shelter of the tree and chat about anything that s me to mind. He brushes the hair out of his face "nice nails," I smile as his cheeks go red "thanks," aw he's so cute. Wait what!

(Time skip 2 weeks)

Rye's P.O.V

It's 3 am when I can't get to sleep, I'm confused, I don't know how I feel about Ellie anymore the butterflies I used to get the way I used to feel around her I only get around one person... Andy.

I suddenly remember I got his number at school, well sort of. I get my phone out and text him, he's great with advice, but I can't tell him I like him, not now, not on text.

Rye: hey sorry to wake you up x

Andy: It's fine who is this?

Rye : it's Rye x

Andy: Oh hey, how did you get my number? X

Rye: oh I took your phone out of your pocket at school, I put it back in later x

Andy: wait what!

Rye: Sorry😂 anyway I texted you cus my friend he's got got a girlfriend but he likes someone else and I don't know what to tell him x

Andy: And why are you asking me?😂

Rye: because your good with advice, and he likes a a boy , what should I tell him? X

Andy: that doesn't make me an expert😂anyway tell him to go get the second one cus if he ever really loved the first one he wouldn't have fallen in love again x

Rye: ok thanks I'll let him know x meet up tomorrow half 7? X

Andy: ok sure x

(Another time skip to the day after)

Andy's P.O.V

I meet Rye like I said I would, "hey, how's your friend?" He looks down,
"Yeah about that, it wasn't for a friend it's about me," he sighs,
"Wait you don't like Ellie anymore? You like someone else a boy? You are bi?Who do you like?"
"Your so stupid," he half laughs "how do you not know it's you? I like you ok?!"

I smile and hold his face steady as it turns red, the heat from his lips spreading through my body as butterflies flutter in my tummy. I move away"I like you too," I smile.

A/N: I apologise for this crappy and cringe chapter😂 but the story will still get better x
