Chapter 7

Dana's POV
So right after Will finished closing and told everyone where we were performing tomorrow Cole runs up and grabs the microphone. What kind of useless crap is he going to say this time? Next thing I notice is Elizabeth walking up to the front. Okay, so he is just going to give her a shout out no big deal. So, I turn around and head back to the dressing rooms to talk to Todrick. I'm almost to Todrick when I hear "Elizabeth Jade Andrews will you do the honors of being my girlfriend?"
'What?!?' I mentally scream to myself. Me and him were going to have a talk tonight.
To get Cole away from Elizabeth I got Todrick to perform 'The Spell Block Tango'. I assured him Elizabeth knew The Queen of Hearts' part and so I took off to get her.
When she walked out in her costume Cole would not stop staring but, I don't blame him, she looked stunning. He sat and talked to her while she got her face paint, make up and, hair done. He follows her around like a little puppy dog. When she finally had to go I pulled him away from everyone else.
"You didn't tell me first?" I ask.
"I'm sorry, I didn't know I had to run all of my personal life by you."
"Well, when you ask out my best friend, who might as well be my sister, I'd like a heads up."
He heard Elizabeth start singing and went to watch her. I had a feeling the only reason we will be talking is because of our concert tomorrow.
After everything we signed autographs. Man, she wasn't kidding when she said all the girls at her school were 5ers. I saw Justin walk up to her and I immediately tensed up. He walked away after a little while and started whispering something to his friends. They smirked at her then walked away. Something was up and I had a feeling it wasn't going to end good.
"Dana, You ok?" Gabe asks.
"Yeah, I'm gonna go outside to get some air."
"Ok don't take too long we have to leave soon."
I walked outside and heard two people talking .
"Okay so it's settled, make sure they are on a walk on the beach at 7:30" Justin said
"Okay just promise you won't hurt her" I heard a voice say. It sounded familiar but, I couldn't remember who it was.
"Why would I do that?" Justin replied then they walked away from each other. I have to make sure there is no walk, especially Cole and Elizabeth by themselves. I go inside and help Todrick pack some things up then meet up with the guys. I see Elizabeth and Katherine talking and I, rather rudely, interrupt. "Excuse me ladies but, I have to take her." I say pulling Elizabeth away.
"What the heck was that for?" She asked, almost yelling.
"I need to talk to you."
"About what," she says crossing her arms.
"You and Cole."
"What about us. What's done is done. I love him, he loves me, we are perfect for each other."
"No, dates without me, Gabe, Will, or David understood?"
"What, No! Why?"
"I overheard Justin and someone talking and now I'm worried for you. Please, for me just promise me."
"Okay fine," she sighs then catches up with Katherine. I tell the boys what I told Elizabeth and they agree. Well, Cole wouldn't til I reminded him about Justin but even then he didn't seem convinced.
"Guys I'm riding home with Katherine," Elizabeth yells as her and Katherine get in the convertible.

Elizabeth's POV

"So what did Dana say?" Katherine asked as soon as we got in the car.
" He said me and Cole can't go on any dates alone because he's scared Justin will do something."
"Gosh he can be so paranoid and protective sometimes"
"Yeah but, we'll probably sneak out tonight and do a walk like you suggested."
" Ok just let me know what time"
"Why, you wouldn't tell Dana would you? I really like Cole and if Dana found out he is sneaking out with me then he'll make us break up."
"No, I won't tell, I just want to see y'all so I need a time to look out of my window"
"Ok I'll let you know when we leave"
We get to the house and Cole looks worried and mad.
"You go on upstairs I'm gonna talk to Cole," I tell Katherine.
"Okay, I'm going to borrow a swimsuit and go swimming in the pool."
"Okay no problem but I'm gonna wear my black Victoria Secret one so no wearing that one."
"Ok I'll wear the pink one" She says and goes inside. I sit down next to Cole and give him a hug. "What's wrong baby?"
"I have idiot friends, that's it"
"Are you talking about Dana?"
"Yeah, that's so stupid. I could take on Justin."
"I know you could but, it just makes him feel better knowing I'm safe."
"So now you are taking his side," he yells. His eyes immediately soften "I'm sorry I didn't mean it like that, I'm just overthinking."
"It's fine. How about we go on a private date tonight?"
"But you know what Dana said."
"Yeah, I know but I want to spend time with you, just you."
"So when are we going?"
"How about tonight when the guys go to sleep."
"Sounds good to me."
