Chapter 13

Elizabeth's POV

I walked downstairs and all the guys were shirtless and in pajamas.

"Y'all have to put on clothes," I tell them.

"Why? Most girls would die for 5 shirtless guys to be sitting on their couch." David said.

"Well I don't care but the girl I'm babysitting for might so go. She should be here any minute."

All the guys went upstairs and Cole came down surprisingly fast.

"Someone has energy this morning." I say as he sits on the couch next to me.

"I just wanted to spend as much time with you as possible."

Then my phone went off.

"She's here. Come help me get the kids in."

"Kids?" he asked emphasizing the "S".

"Yup, a 10 month old and and 2 year old."

We walked outside and as soon as we got outside there were arms around my knees.

"Hey Pierce! How are you?"

He just smiled and then looked at Cole.

"This is Cole."

"Hey," Cole said as he crouched down to Pierce's level. "What's your name?"

"You already know my name." Pierce said.

Cole started guessing random names to keep him occupied while I got Annabelle out of the car. We went inside and the guys were all in the game room so me and Cole kept the kids downstairs. I took the baby into the kitchen and left Cole with Pierce. When I came back they were running around the living room being pirates. I couldn't help but let a smile come across my face. We sat on the couch and watched Disney Jr. for a little while.

"Cole can you hold Annabelle? I need to go cook lunch."

"Sure," he said looking a little nervous.

"It's fine I'll be right back."

I walk into the kitchen and start to cook mac-n-cheese. I heat up Annabelle's milk and fix everyone's plates. I walk into the living room and Cole was rocking Annabelle and then she started crying.

"I promise I didn't do anything." Cole said.

"It's fine she's just hungry." I said taking Annabelle. "C'mon Pierce, let's go eat."

Cole went upstairs to hangout with the guys while the kids ate.

"So are y'all married?" Pierce asked.

I laughed and told him "Something like that."

"Cool, I like him."

"Yeah me too bud."

After lunch I put Pierce in my room and turn on Disney Jr. for him. Then I lay Annabelle down in the guest room. I surrounded her with pillows so she wouldn't roll then I joined the guys in the game room.

"I didn't know you were so good with kids." I told Cole.

He just shrugged and kept scrolling through his phone.

"You just don't wanna admit you have a soft side." I told him. Before he could answer I heard crying so I got up to check on Annabelle. I picked her up and started putting her back to sleep by swaying back and forth. Then Cole came up and put his arms around my waist and his head on top of mine. Annabelle fell asleep and I laid her back down and we walked out of the room.
