Chapter 11

Elizabeth's POV

As Dana was going on and on about me and Cole running away yesterday I was thinking about tomorrow's masquerade. I was so excited but nervous. 'What if Justin finds me before Cole?' because after all I'm riding with Katherine and Cole doesn't know what my mask looks like. 'No, it's gonna be fine. Everything is going to be fine.'

"And that's why I'm making y'all break up." I hear Dana say.

"What!" I yell. "No!" Cole said holding onto me tightly.

"It's the only way to keep her safe and you know that!" Dana yells at Cole.

"No it's not. What if Justin comes back!" Cole yells back.

They go back and forth yelling at each other. Cole had let go of me but I was still sitting right next to him on the bar stool. They were still arguing when I spoke up.

"Please stop arguing."

"Shut up Elizabeth, you aren't part of this!" Dana yelled at me.

I got up, grabbed my keys, slipped on my shoes and ran out the door. All of the guys just staring at me. As soon as the door closed tears started falling from my eyes. I was walking to my car when I bumped into someone.

"Elizabeth, is everything okay?" I hear Luke say.

"No" I say wrapping my arms around him and burring my head into his chest.

"C'mon, I'm gonna drive you over to my house so you can talk to Katherine about it."

We walk to his car and ride to his house. The entire ride was silent. Apparently he had texted Katherine because when we got there she was standing outside. She took me into the backyard and I told her everything that happened.

"Elizabeth, you know Dana cares about you, he didn't mean it."

"But he said it and it hurts."

"And Cole didn't do anything about it?"

"Not that I saw but I ran out as fast as I could."

"Give him a chance to explain things. Okay?"

"Okay." I said and we left to go get lunch.

She said a couple of stupid jokes and cheered me up. We walked into Chick-fil-a and ordered. We sat down at a table and were drinking our milkshake when 5 familiar faces walked in through the doors. At first I tried to brush it off but then they sat behind us. They didn't notice it was us so we kept quiet and kept our heads low to see and hear what they were saying.

"Dude, I love her and no matter what you do I'm gonna fight for us to be together." I heard Cole say.

After that I sent Cole a text saying 'I love you too'.

Right after his phone went off you could hear him get up and start looking around for me. He walked right past me and I let out a small laugh. That's when Will noticed me but you could tell he felt like messing with Cole because he never said a word.

Cole eventually gave up trying to find me and sat back down. I sent him another text 'You look cute when you are mad;)'

Then he walked up behind me tapped me on my shoulder and said "Excuse me miss but you remind me a lot about my girlfriend."

"That's funny because you remind me of my boyfriend."

We laugh and end up spending the rest of the day together. We ended the day riding the ferris wheel. When we were at the top Bruno Mars' "Marry You" came on. And Cole being Cole started singing along. Before he started singing he made it clear that this was not a marriage proposal though. Then my phone goes off.

"Look at this adorable couple <3 @coleim5 @elizabethim5" it was a video of Cole singing to me.(A/N Elizabeth's username is made up it is not my account. It is just a random username)

Cole watched it and just smiled and gave me a kiss. When it was over I gave Katherine a hug and we all went back home.

"I had an amazing time this afternoon." I whisper into Cole's ear.

I must've dozed off because the next thing I know I am locked in a room with Dana and we aren't allowed out until I let him explain about earlier.

He goes on and on about how sorry he is and I finally just say

"Ok it's fine just please shut up."

"Deal."he said, and the guys let us out of the room.

"I'm going out for a walk on the beach, who's coming?" Will asks.

All of us decide to go.

I inhale very slowly as something hits my back.

"Gabriel Martin Morales you are going to pay for that." I say wiping wet sand off of my back and picking up a handful more throwing it at Gabe. Since I have bad aim it hit Dana then it became an all out sand war. After about an hour of throwing sand and getting some weird looks from strangers we call it quits and go back to the house. After we all take showers we decide to watch a movie.

"I get to choose this time!" I yell. You could hear the guys mumbling under their breath.

"Dana! I found Dear John!" I yelled.

"Yay" he said sarcastically. It had 'disappeared' the night the guys got here.

I put the movie in the DVD player and snuggled up next to Cole. I was crying at every little thing and at the end if I'm not mistaken both Cole and Dana had a tear on their face.

"Do y'all need a tissue?" I asked.

"We aren't crying."Cole says.

"Nah it's just...allergies." Dana says.

We all start laughing. I check Instagram and see a picture of Cole and Dana with tears on their cheeks.

"Nice!" I yell giving David a high five.

Everyone looks at us in confusion and we just laugh.

We all go to bed. Around 3:30 Dana woke up.

"That's not funny," he says sitting up in bed. He just realized David had posted the picture.

"Go to sleep" I tell him.

He rolled over and went to bed.
