Mauri fixed her gown one last time and slipped into her heels before putting on her hat. She admired herself in the mirror. After 12 long years she was finally being released from the bounds of teen hood and being thrust into the arms of adult hood and to be honest this moment had come a little too soon. She smiled as she let her mind wonder to her most cherished moments

Like the time she got busted for skinny dipping in the school pool with Zion

Or the time her mom caught her doing the walk of shame

Or when Zion and herself graffitied the principals office with dicks and vulgar language

Or the time they put a whole two bottles of Viagra in the teachers coffee pot and they got a half day.

Or when she had to wear Zion's pants after the ice cream incident with Tommy

Or her first 7 minutes in heaven

Or when she called Zion after she lost her virginity at some college party.

"Mauri are you done up there? I wanna take pictures before you guys leave" her mom said from downstairs

She fixed herself once more before blowing a kiss at her reflection and strutting into view of her brother and parents.

"Awww look at my babygirl all grown" her father said
"Hold yourself" her mother whispered as she snapped pictures of the girl

"Finally!" Zion said
"I would have been down earlier if someone didn't take forever "shaving"" Mauri said
"Hey perfection takes time" Zion said cockily
"I fail to see the perfection part of the sentence" Zamauri joked
"Take that back!" Zion said dramatically
"Never" Mauri smirked
"Ouu" Zion said before grabbing the girl
"Mom!!! Zion is wrinkling my gown!" Mauri complained making Zion release her
"Zion! Stop the childishness! Time to grow up now" Their mom said sternly
"Yeah grow up kid" Mauri said sticking her tongue out
"You need to grow up" Zion said back
"Nu uh!"
"Uh huh!"
"Okay stop! Dad brought the car round let's go" their mom said dragging them to the car

Once the two arrived they seperated to their groups of friends were they sat. The principal walked on the stage and began a long speech about growing and being exposed to the world before he bagan calling names

"Caleb Zion Kuwonu" He said as Zion made his way to the stage and grabbed his certificate and did a weird jig making everyone laugh

"Zamauri Kuwonu" He said as Mauri got up and shook his hand before gently taking the certificate and making her way down to the crowd

The principal thanked the parents and congratulated the class of 2018 who threw their caps in the air and celebrated

"Oh my Zion you smell different is that Adulthood I smell?" Zamauri smirked
"Well I'm glad you noticed" he said fixing his collar

"You're glowing sis! Is it that new Adulthood highlighter you're using?" Zion asked
"Oh dear brother it's all natural" Mauri smirked
