"Don't worry babe, it's all gonna go smoothly this time" Nick assured Zamauri who was panicking

The reason for this was because Nick's mother didn't exactly like Zamauri, she didn't even attend their wedding and has been trying to get Zamauri and Nick to divorce for quite a while. She has tried many times to break them up.

"But she doesn't like me" Zamauri stressed
"I know but think of it like this, she just doesn't know you like I do" Nick assured
"She's never made an effort to get to know me since we began dating" Zamauri said turning to face her husband of 2 years
"She made an effort!" Nick defended
"If you call pouring hot coffee on me, making my chillie extra spicy, pushing me down the stairs-
"Okay now you're making my mom seem like a muderer"
"I mean if the shoe fits" Zamauri shrugged
"Okay that's enough, lets go" Nick said pulling her out of their house

Once they had pulled up to Nicks house, Zamauri fixed her dress before walking to their front door

"Nicholas my dumpling" Nicks mother greeted
"Ma" Nick said hugging her tightly
"Hello Mrs Mara" Zamauri greeted
"Come in baby, your father isn't home yet" Nicks mother said pulling him inside

As Nicks mother showed him to the dining room, she sat him down and dished for him and Zamauri. As she made conversation with Nick she would intentionally leave Zamauri out

"I'm going to the bathroom" Nick said giving Zamauri a kiss on the cheek and leaving

Silence fell upon them as Zamauri played around with the food on her plate

"So, as you know, I don't like you. I feel like you're just using my baby Nick so I'll make you a deal. I'll pay you to leave my Nicky" she said normally
"Excuse me?!" Zamauri chocked out
"So you're dumb and a gold digger" Nicks mother said
"And you're a muderer and a manipulator, but you don't here me saying anything" Zamauri spat
"I've been missing but next time I'm going to kill you for real" Nicks mother threatened
"Bitch you're coming for the queen you best not miss" Zamauri spat

"Zamauri!" Nick said behind her
"Nick-
"She's been threatening me" Nicks mother wailed
"I thought you said she didn't like you" Nick said angrily
"Yeah but-
"She's only going to lie" Nicks mother cried
"You know what Zamauri you can leave" Nick said
"But Nick-
"Leave" Nick spat

Zamauri huffed before getting up and rushing to the car and zooming off to her home. Her vision blurred with tears as she pulled up to her home. Knocking quickly she stood and wiped her tears.

"Zamauri" Zion asked groggily
"Hey" Zamauri snuffed
"Zion whos at the- oh Zamauri baby what's wrong" her mom said pulling her into the house
"I went to visit Nicks mom today" Zamauri sniffed
"Say no more baby" her mom answered

Zamauri's mom made her some hot chocolate before fixing her room up and letting her go to bed. As Zamauri fixed herself for bed her phone began to buzz beside her
