Ray sat on her phone, not paying mind to the TV that was playing in the background. As her stomach growled she got up and walked to the kitchen. Humming as she skimmed through the options. Her phone dinged making her run to see who texted her (cause my life is dry😂 apart from my Internet Bestfriends)

Ray furrowed her eyebrows

Normally whenever Aaliyah texted her, she never said please and always had an emoji following or a name for the girl like "ugly" or "bitch". Getting up, Ray opened the door to see her best friend standing there teary eyed, mascara running down her face.

"Awww Li" Ray said opening her arms to which Aaliyah walked into before sobbing into her shoulder

Not wanting to pressure her, Ray closed the door and guided her wailing best friend to the couch. She continued to rub her best friends back letting her cry before she even asked any questions. Once the small girl stopped crying, Ray handed her a bottle of water before asking

"Okay whos lips am I snatching and knee caps am I breaking" Ray asked
"You know you'll go to jail for that right" Aaliyah giggles
"I don't care. Free food and a place to stay" Ray shrugged "now stop dodgin my questions like Nicki dodges Meeks DMs, who made you cry like this"

Aaliyah knew that her best friend had her best interests at heart but Ray wasn't any one to mess with when it came to her bestie. She remembered the time Ray pulled up to Malu's after she had trolled her on the gram. It took a whole hour to pull Ray off the kid and when she finally did all she had to say was

"I'd whoop your ass even more but I'd be making your face look better"

Aaliyah smiles at the protectiveness of her bestie before looking at her.

"Zion, h-he c-cheated on me" Aaliyah said swallowing the lump in her throat
"Excuse me?" Ray asked thinking she heard wrong
"He cheated" Aaliyah whispered
"Hol' up, lemme get "ASSWHOOPIN"" Ray said getting up only to be pulled back down by Aaliyah
"Wait, there's something else" Aaliyah said with glossy eyes
"Oh no don't tell me you'r...." Ray said trailing off
"Yeah" Aaliyah whispered as she began crying again
"No no baby, don't cry" Ray said
"I'm so sorry Ray"
"Li why are you sorry? The babydaddy is shit and it's fine because he can't step up to the plate I am your babydaddy now Okay" Ray smiled making Aaliyah laugh
"Now get in the car we're going somewhere"
"Ray, I don't like it when you say that" Aaliyah said
"Just get in the car" Ray commanded

As the two drove, Aaliyah realized the path they were taking. She took a deep breath knowing that regardless of what she said her best friend wouldn't turn around. Ray pulled her phone out and texted her boyfriend

As you two pulled up to the PM house. Ray jumped out and kicked the door in

"Where the fuck is Caleb" she yelled
"Babyyy" Brandon yelled walking up to her
"Shut up Brandon"
"Shutting up" He said backing up
"Where the fuck is Caleb" Ray said running up the stairs

She stormed into Zion's room to find him crying.

"You piece of shit" she cursed "you made my fucken girlfriend cry"
"I didn't mean to" Zion defended
"Oh "I didn't mean to" BULLSHIT!" Ray mimicked
"Aaliyah. Baby"
"Stop, you lost the fucken right to call me that the minuted you fucked some cheap ass bitch" Aaliyah spat
"I didn't mean to, I was drunk and I wasn't thinking straight and we had just fought-
"Oh so you're blaming me?!"
"No, but-
"You know what Zion, people told me I would regret getting involved with you and after 3 years together I supported you through everything and I never regretted a thing, but now I regret ever loving you" Aaliyah said before walking out
"And call her or contact her, and I'll rip your balls off and feed them to your slut" Ray spat before walking out with Aaliyah

As they walked out, Ray gave Brandon a kiss assuring to call him before driving to Chic-Fil-A. Once they were snuggled up together in their pjs the two besties began watching old reruns of Disney

"I don't want you to ever shed a tear over that shitbag Kuwonu, I will be here to support you through this pregnancy. And I will be the babydaddy Okay" Ray smiles
"I love you baestie" Aaliyah smiles
"I love you too" Ray smiled

"And at the end of the day you fucked, you came, he didn't, fuck him" Ray shrugged making Aaliyah laugh
