My eyes opened. I decided I needed to use the bathroom before heading to Mr. Stark.

I did my business and then went to the sink to wash my hands. When I looked up at myself in the mirror, I saw another leaf on my cheek. It was orchid and It was almost exactly right next to the bandage I already had on to hide the ivory leaf.

"Shit," I murmured to myself. 'Why? Why me?' I thought to myself, 'I'm going to waste band-aids this way.' I opened the mirror cabinet and grabbed the bandages. I put one over the leaf. "Let's just hope he doesn't notice." I then grabbed a bag and filled it with medical supplies just in case.

...

I walked to his office. I clicked the button next to his office door and asked, "Mr. Stark? You in there?" I didn't get a reply. I asked again. "Mr. Stark? If you don't respond, I'm just going to walk in."

"I'm afraid Mr. Stark is not in his office at the moment," Jarvis spoke.

"Well, where is he then?" I asked.

"He is currently in his private lab," he answered. I nodded.

"And where's that?" I asked.

"I'm afraid I cannot say, Miss," he answered. I put my finger on my chin.

"Could you at least tell me what floor it is on?" I asked.

"It is in the basement," he said.  I nodded my head in thanks. I never liked the basement. It was so cold and dark down there. Why would he want his private lab down there? I walked to the elevator and pressed the Basement button.

The elevator dinged, signaling that I was on my floor.

I walked onto the cold concrete. Then I remembered, I was only wearing socks. I was in such a rush I forgot to put on shoes. Chills went up my spine as I walked. My steps quickened. I could feel that Mr. Stark was in danger.

"Mr. Stark!" I yelled. No reply. "Mr. Stark!" I yelled once again. My skin started glowing purple. I was scared for him. I could feel his fear.

Wings grew out of my back once again. They were purple this time.

"Follow the trail," the lightning bugs whispered as purple footprints appeared on the ground. I followed the footprints. It led me to one of the many concrete walls. "Focus that fear onto the wall." I nodded. I put my hand onto the cold wall and closed my eyes. I could feel my fear protruding from my hand. My hand began to shake. Then BOOM. A little purple firework left my hand.

"Door deactivated," Jarvis said. Part of the concrete wall lifted up to reveal a lab. There were many tables and fire extinguishers. My wings went back into my back as the fireflies left purple glitters on the floor.

"Mr. Stark?" I asked as I walked around.

"I'm sorry," I heard someone murmur, "I'm so sorry." I followed the sound. Mr. Stark was under one of the tables passed out. He was crying and talking in his sleep. "I should have been able to protect you." The string on his finger was shimmering like Doctor Banner's, but it felt more depressing.

I mean, I didn't like the guy, but losing your soulmate must be tough. I felt bad for him. I tapped his shoulder. "Mr. Stark?" I asked in a hushed tone. Nothing. This time I shook his shoulder. "Mr. Stark!" I yelled this time. Still nothing.

I decided to just take him to his room. All the teachers had rooms at the school so that if students were out past curfew, they could get punished.

I wrapped Mr. Stark's arms around my shoulders and began dragging him. He was definitely way taller than me.

"Hey, Jarvis?" I asked.

"Yes, Miss Everest?" he answered.

"Where is Mr. Stark's room?" I asked.

"Fifteenth floor. Three rooms down the right," he answered.

"Thanks," I said. I dragged him through the basement to the elevator. I pressed fifteen and we began heading up. The elevator dinged and I began heading to the right. I went three doors down and met a scanner. It was meant for Mr. Starks hand. I grabbed his right hand and put it to the scanner. There was a click then the door opened.

Inhumans had to clean the other teachers' rooms, but we weren't allowed in Mr. Stark's room. His room was basically a house. It even had stairs! I walked up the stairs as I dragged Mr. Stark with me. His legs were definitely going to be banged up when he wakes up.

I found an opened door and saw a bed. 'Must be his bedroom,' I thought to myself. I entered the bedroom. It had all of the essentials. It even had a balcony! I flopped him onto the bed. I pulled his shoes off and pulled the covers over him.

I shut the door silently and headed for the kitchen.

'Why does this feel so familiar?' I asked myself. I looked around the kitchen for Advil. I didn't even know why I was looking for it, it was just natural. I eventually found the Advil. Then I got a glass and filled it with water.

I took the bottle of pills and the glass of water up the stairs and into his room. I put the water down on his bedside table. I then opened the bottle of Advil and poured two into my hand. I placed the pills next to the glass of water.

I walked out of the room once more and shut the door behind me.

"Hey, Jarvis?" I asked.

"Yes, Miss Everest?" he answered once again.

"Can you leave a message from Mr. Stark?" I asked.

"Of course. What would you like me to tell him?"

"Uh... Actually, nevermind. Thank you anyway, Jarvis, but does he like coffee?" I asked.
