"Loki?" I asked. A small relieved smile came across my face. I ran over to him and hugged him. "I missed you so much," I whispered into his armor.

"I missed you too, Everest," He said as he returned the hug, "But may I ask how you all got here? You all gave Heimdal quite the fright."

"I-I don't know," I said as I separated from him, "All I know is that we were for sure going to be caught by the Avengers, but then I started coughing, and then fireflies came out of my mouth and I asked them to help us and the next thing we know is that we're here."

The others cautiously climbed out of the car as they saw my familiarity with Loki.

"How do you know him, Everest?" Peter said as he pulled me to his side. I winced in pain as I remembered the pain in my arm. I guess the exhilaration caused me to forget about it, but now it felt as if my bone was turned to rubble.

I fell to my knees. "We need medics now!" Thor yelled. He swiftly picked me up in his arms.

"Hello, you don't know me, but I'm King Thor Odinson of Asgard. Your magical half-brother," he chuckled as he ran to across the rainbow bridge with the rest of the gang following behind. I could see that Dakota stayed behind to help Troy's family.

"Queen Everest of the Inhumans. Nice to meet you, brother from another father," I said with a distant chuckle. I could feel my eyelids growing heavy as I began losing more blood. "I'm going to go really quick," I said with a smile, "Be right back..." My eyes went dark as consciousness slipped away. The last thing I heard was Thor calling my name.

...

I awoke in a bed with golden sheets and a golden bed frame. I looked around and went to rub my face with my left hand, but I could no longer feel it. I looked down to where my hand should be, but it was no longer there. My arm was no longer there. There was a bandage wrapped around my shoulder.

I screamed as I realized what was going on. The shock hit hard. Then I see two women enter the room. "Oh, your Majesty! Calm down, you're going to be just fine!" They yelled over my screams.

"Prince Loki! Her Majesty is going into shock!" one of them yelled. Then I see Loki enter the room with a worried look on his face. He walks over to the bed a slowly sits down on the edge. He looks up at my face and puts his hand on my knee.

"You're alright, Everest," he said calmly, "You're safe. You need to calm down."

"Deep breath in through your nose," he said as he did so as well. I copied his instructions. "Out through the mouth." He breathed out and so did I. He wiped the tears that I didn't even know were there from my cheek. "You feeling better?"

I nodded. "What happened? What happened to my arm?"

"Well, Sir Parker tried his best to explain it, so do you remember when you were fighting the Avengers?" he asked.

"Yes... Mr. Stark shot my arm," I said as I began remembering.

"We couldn't save it. I am so sorry," he said as he pulled me into a somehow cold, but yet comforting embrace.

"It's okay. It's just a battle scar, right?" I said as I began to cry again, "I can learn to use my right hand. It's going to be okay." I was full on sobbing as I clenched onto Loki's armor. I squeezed my eyes tightly shut as new tears roamed down my cheeks. It felt as if a part of myself had died and I'd never get it back.
