The beginning of the universe. The beginning of everything, including the infinity stones. The things that could create life, but would eventually take it away.

There were six infinity stones, each representing a piece of the universe.

There was the Time Stone. It could control time for objects in the universe. Wielding the Time Stone would give you the power to turn back time to bring something back to its former glory or you could speed up time and see time rot away. If used correctly, you could also see through the third eye the other possibilities and realities.

Next, we have the Power Stone. The Power Stone is so powerful that if touched directly, it could cause immediate death, but if used correctly, it could give the user cosmic powers.

Then, we have the Space Stone. The Space Stone has control over the fabrics of space itself and can teleport it's users anywhere in space. The Space Stone landed in Asgard and is known as the Tesseract, but is also called the Jewel of Odin's Treasure Room.

The Reality Stone has control over reality itself. It can turn a sun into a tiny useless pebble at will and gives its user this power as well. It has the power to bend the very laws of physics and reality.

The Mind Stone might just have the most power. The mind stone controls the fabrics of the mind. This gives its user power over the minds of everything and everyone in the universe. This can convert these victims to be pons in a game of chess.

Lastly, we have the Soul Stone. The Soul Stone possesses power over the souls of every creature. Though nobody knows its true power, only the descendants of the soul will ever know. These descendants watch over the universe and can bring the right people together, but they often die of an early age.

Where am I? the girl asked herself. She was covered head to toe in sparks of light flickering through her body like a river. She had scales over her naked body as well as antlers placed apon her head, and golden eyes as she was suspended in the star-filled space. The only thing with her was the orange stone in front of her. She picked it up with her hands as she felt it delve into her mind.

"What are you?" she asked.

"I don't know. I haven't been given a title yet," it spoke, "But I know I created you."

"You created me? What am I then?" she asked.

"You have not been given a title either. I can tell you why I created you."

"This place is scary. I don't like it. It's so dark." she whimpered as they continued to float in the nothingness.

"Scary? Is that what you are naming that feeling?" it asked.

"I-I don't know! I'm so confused! I don't like it! I don't like these feelings in my chest! Take them away!" she whimpered.

"But I added good feelings too, you just haven't been alive long enough to experience them," it responded.

"But I don't like them! I don't like them!" she whimpered. She was a confused kid after all. "Why did you do this to me?"

"I gave you a soul to be the first to feel things. The creatures created do not feel things. They eat, sleep, mate, and die with no feelings. I wanted to fix that," it answered, "I wanted you to give the other creatures of this universe souls."

"But I wouldn't wish this pain and confusion on anyone else," she said.

"You will feel great things on your journey! Take these seeds. Plant them on each planet and they will grow into great trees with great sweet fruit. The creatures will be drawn to them whether they be carnivorous or herbivores," it said as seeds appeared in front of here. They were a gorgious rainbow of colors. "Each twig will hold two fruit, the two creatures who eat two fruit from the same twig will be soulmates meant to meet, but you will never have one and neither will the creatures after you who will have your soul."

"Okay, but how will I give someone else my soul?" she asked.

"You will see once we meet again," it said. Then the stone disappeared. She was destined for this. Nothing would be the same once she started her journey.

Okay, an explanation. I found this note I made a long time ago back before I even began physically writing Freedom that I lost, but I found it! This is just an explanation as to how Everest's soul began and how everyone else has souls and soul mates.
