That day, your eyes looked bigger than before.
That afternoon, you started driving me crazy with everything you did.
That night, I knew something was different.
You smiled and laughed at the things I said.
I was happy to see someone enjoy my company and appreciate me.
You pat me on the head and stared at me with your big dark eyes.
They were sparkling under the hall light.
You were glowing and nothing could blow out your light.
You drove me crazy, I only got two hours of sleep that night.
And it was all because of you.
The next night you sat with me. You held my arm and smiled at me.
"Why are you rolling your eyes at everything I'm saying?"
"Because you're so weird," you said.
"Because I like you,"
It was then I knew, I would never get over her.
