"Dahyun! We saved a seat for you!" Jihyo called as I sat with them at the back with the row of five.

"We have one more seat left," Tzuyu pointed to out.

"Nayeon!" The familiar black haired girl turned around.

"Sit with us!" I excitedly called her as she smiled and agreed.

Though I hid it so well, it was no lie if I said I missed you already.

-

The bus ride was long, there were times I laughed my head off and others where I'd be trying to peek at the front to maybe, possibly get a glimpse of Sana.

"Tzuyu hurry!" I chased the whole group down the bus.

Mostly because I wanted to find Sana the moment she got off as well.

How desperate could I get.

She just got off with Mina behind her but they weren't talking.

I tried to look as casual as possible and slowly walked over to Sana.

Now we were walking side by side, and I'm pretty sure she noticed I was right beside her.

Neither of us said a word. It seemed too... awkward.

Awkward silence.

Slowly I started regretting walking beside her.

Stupid Kim Dahyun, you didn't even think this through.

No. I needed to redeem myself, I needed to break this awkwardness.

"Have you ever bowled before?" I turned to her trying to play out this awkward conversation as casually as possible.

"Yes, I used to in my younger days, when I was around your age," She pointed out as if she was giving a short history lesson.

"Which wasn't that long ago," I chuckled.

"Why are you laughing?" She started giggling, probably at my chuckle.

"Because you're acting as if we are a decade apart and its," I paused trying to think of the perfect word.

"Kind of cute," I continued laughing.

Her chuckling stopped.

"Why are you so stunned," I jokingly squinted my eyes.

"Aren't you honoured? I called you cute," I linked my arms around her arms naturally.

I don't really know what got into me. Whenever I was with her, whenever she laughs at something I say, it boosted my confidence.

As if I could conquer the world, I wasn't afraid of throwing her compliments.

"Yeah, I am so honoured a nineteen year old called me cute," she laughed.

"You are!" I stretched out her hand pretending to pinch her cheeks.

"Stop!" She chuckled as we continued walking side by side.

How is this going so well?

By now Mina or Seokjin would have interrupted us.

I silently thanked whoever was above.

--

"Dahyun come!" We were instructed to pick our own teams.

No words could describe how badly I wanted to join Sana's but here I was agreeing to Nayeon's invite.

Unwillingly, I walked over to them, trying my best to fake my excitement.

Sana was so near me.

Tempted. I was so tempted.

Too tempted.

Do you want to join my group?

I said, in my head.

You stood there silently, watching everyone get into teams.

Where was Mina? Why was she leaving you alone?

Why are you alone?

You shouldn't be alone.

It's sad and depressing.

Be happy, Sana.

She looked lost.

"Sana!" I waved energetically.

She turned and her face brightened immediately.

"Yes?"

"Do you have a group?"

She chuckled.

"No, Dahyun, I don't,"

She slowly walked towards me, understanding where I was going.

"Will you join ours?"

"N-no, can you join us?"

I couldn't help but still feel the strange age gap. Everyone in my group was below twenty.

Would she be fine with it?

"Sure," She smiled as she hooked her arm around my shoulder.

Tense. My entire body tensed up.

I looked at her eyes.

They were looking at the bowling alley, not me, but they were glistening. So bright, I was tempted. I wanted to take a picture there and then, I needed to save the moment.

She was just too gorgeous.

I couldn't get enough of her.

I couldn't get enough of Sana Minatozaki.
