It was the last day of the tiring week.

I expected myself to be happy but somehow I didn't want it to end.

When our daily lives started we would all be splitting ways.

The only time I'll get to see Sana is in the dorm.

I slumped down my chair, still slowly chewing my food.

"I'm just as upset as you all, it was an enjoyable week," The man in charge declared.

"As we move on with our daily lives, let us not forget about each other and the friendships we've made," I felt my eyes water.

Sana...

"Finish your lunches and gather back at the hall for me to brief you all on your last activity," He continued.

"It's finally over! Goodbye late nights, early mornings. Hello sleep!" Chaeyoung excitedly exclaimed.

"I gained a lot more eyebags this week, I'm so thankful it's over," Jihyo heaved a sigh of relief as Tzuyu chuckled.

"Dahyun, why do you look so sad? Out of all of us, you were the one that hated it the most," All their eyes turned to me.

"I think I... grew an attachment to this week, the people," I sighed.

I grew an attachment to you.

"You have a point, but it's not like you'll never see us again, don't worry," Chaeyoung pat me on the shoulder.

I couldn't tell if she was kidding so I jokingly rolled my eyes in return.

I smiled and shook my head.

----

The last activity was a game.

The final game.

We were each given half a quote and we were supposed to find our other half.

The problem was most sentences matched with others.

"Sometimes the dreams that come true," I read out loud.

"Are dreams you never even knew you had," I heard another voice continue.

I looked up.

I didn't know why I had to look up, it wasn't as if I didn't already recognise that voice.

The moment felt like it came out from a movie. A fiction movie, because things like this don't really happen in real life.

I felt as if time stopped.

We both held the small piece of paper with our fingers staring into each other's eyes as the crowd behind us rummaged through, trying to find their pair.

"We found each other," I gave out a sincere smile.

"More like I found you," she chuckled.

She quickly raised her hand.

"We have the first pair!" A girl that looked around Sana's age announced into the mic.

Sana and I went to the corner to take a seat.

"It's sad right? The whole week is going to end," I said, eyes never leaving her beautiful face.

"I'll miss everyone," I sighed.

"Then you'll probably miss me the most," I believed her for a second.

I was shocked.

How did you know?

She continued her sentence when she saw my stunned expression.

"I'll only come here for extra courses, so you'll only see me every friday,"

I stared in disbelief.

"I know it doesn't really make sense. It's a complicated story, but my place here is still secured," She chuckled.

You were so happy about this.

Of course she would be. What did she have to let go of? She wasn't crazily infatuated with someone here anyway.

You had nothing to lose.

"Okay," I faked a laugh back.

"I'll miss you the most then," I have never meant what I said more, but it was taken as a joke.

It was meant to be taken as a joke.

I don't know why I felt sad when she laughed about it.

It would be worse if she found out anyway.

But somehow deep inside me, I really wanted her to know,

and feel the same way back.
