"Kim Dahyun!" Chaeyoung excitedly ran towards me.

"Camp!" She yelled, her footsteps were getting louder and louder as she finally made it into the dorm door.

"Stop yelling! People are still asleep!" I sometimes feel like that idiot never noticed we shared a dorm with so many girls.

"Camp," She panted.

"Camp?" I asked, though I knew where she was going with this, Chaeyoung was going to say that there'd be a second camp.

I couldn't believe it just yet, I didn't want to set my hopes up.

She nodded. "Not for everyone, just the ones that signed up for the after-school activity thing we keep going to,"

I stood frozen.

It really was true.

A second chance for me to be with Sana overnight.

My heart was beating incredibly fast.

"Why are you making that face? I ran here thinking you'd be excited. You wouldn't shut up about the orientation, this camp is just like the orientation," She frowned.

"Are you crying?" Her face was scrunched up and inches away from mine.

I pushed her away.

"Camp!" Tears of joy.

Camp. The best news I've heard in so long.

"You scared the life out of me!" She laughed.

Lecture. Sana.

I ran to the hall, especially early that day, I made Chaeyoung rush there with me too.

There you were.

She wasn't laughing with Seokjin or Mina this time. She was quietly sitting cross legged on the chair.

How cute.

I just wanted to carry her and take her away, keeping her all to myself.

Today, she was in a pink cardigan, underneath it was a yellow dress.

The closer I walked toward her, the stronger her signature scent got.

I longed for it.

I missed it.

"Sana!" I called, standing beside her.

She glanced up and smiled.

Her smile. Another one among the hundred things I loved about her.

"Hello Dahyun!" She giggled.

I don't really know why she giggled, it was like a Sana trait.

Laughing at every single thing.

"There's a camp!" I beamed.

"A camp?" She asked curiously as she put her phone into her pocket.

"It's part of the after school activity!"

"Didn't they announce it last month?" She chuckled.

"I didn't know," I poured, scratching my head.

"You want me to go, don't you!" She smirked.

I didn't even need to look to know that my face turned red, all I could do was hope and pray she wouldn't notice.

"I guess so," I looked at the door, avoiding eye contact.

"It'll be nice if everyone went! Games would be more fun with more people participating too," I shrugged.

"Alright, I'll ask Mina and Seokjin!" Those names I dreaded to hear her mention.

But it was alright, what could I expect anyway.

All I could do now was hope that she'd go.

I turned away to walk back to my usual sitting spot in the lecture hall.

"Why don't you sit here?" She called.

I turned, a smile uncontrollably showing.

The first time Id get to sit beside her. After dreaming about this day for so long.

Kim Dahyun how desperate could you get.

I placed my bag down on the chair beside her and flopped onto it.

"Why do you always arrive early?" I asked.

"I get bored in the morning and I have this tendency to wake up early," She shrugged.

"So you just sit here alone waiting for you friends to come?" I frowned.

"I guess you can think of it that way,"

"I'll come early then, you look so lonely just sitting here," I suggested

"What?" She nearly chocked, though she wasn't eating anything.

"Really, I'm serious!"

And then I realise how weird that must've sounded, mist friends wouldn't even go this far for another friend, it wasn't even as if she was dying. She was just alone.

I made up an excuse. "I've been trying to wake up early these days, I read online that it's healthier for your body," I tried to play it off.

What a stupid backup.

With a simple google search, I'd be obvious I was lying. But then again there's millions of websites that say different things, she couldn't argue about it.

"Alright then, that'd be nice," She giggled as she reached her hand out to pat my head.

"Am I a dog?" I laughed.

I reached out at pat her head, purposely messing up her bangs, which would take one look from anyone to know she spent the whole morning arranging.

"Ya! I'm older than you!" She laughed as she pushed my hand away.

Just like that we were laughing by ourselves again.

I loved it like this.

I didn't want to stop being like this.
