♧Reader pov♧♧♧♧♧♧♧♧♧♧♧♧

I had just settled into my house, and I've heard that there are two houses across the street that don't get along.

They people in the houses look kinda simular, in my opinion but they still were very different.

I was approached by the house across the street and to the left, they crossed the street and walked up the sidewalk to where I was planting flowers.

"Hey there, neighbor, I'm Eduardo and these are my roomates. We noticed you moved it, so we thought we would come say hello." Eduardo spoke.

"I'm mark, it's nice to meet you I guess." Mark says next, reading a book. Damn I thought multitasking was impossible.

"A-and I'm jon, i-It's nice to h-have more neighbors." Jon stutters, dear Lord he's adorable. I smile back at them and Jon's face turns red, Eduardo smirks haughtily.

"We just wanted to let you know the house directly across from you is full of weirdos, you don't want to talk to them." Eduardo informs me, pointing to the house.

Just then, A ufo floats over the sidewalk and 3 more people appear.

"Ahh it feels good to be back, oh hey look! A new neighbor!" One says who's wearing a green hoodie, he and the others walk over and shake my hand.

"I'm edd! This is Matt and Tom, We live right across the street!" Edd says, he seems really happy go lucky.

"I'm matt, but you can just call me handsome." Matt chimes, making a kissy face and it takes all my will power not to lose it.

"I'm to-" before Tom could finish, he just passes out then and there, sleeping on the sidewalk.

As I begin to panic, edd waves me off.

"Don't worry, he's just extremely drunk." Edd smiles, pulling his friend up with an arm around his shoulder.

"Like I said, weirdos...." Eduardo smirks before turning back to me.

"Hey! We're not the weirdos on this block!" Edd retorts, and then both groups begin to argue while I just stand on the side.

I feel someone tap my shoulder and see jon standing there, looking as lost as me.

"Th-they do this a-ll the time..." He mutters.

"So do you wanna go inside and get something to drink?" I ask, he nods and we walk inside, returning after grabbing two glasses of lemonade.

"S-So what is y-Your name?" Jon asks tentatively and I smile.

"It's y/n, nice to meet you."

(Tbh I'm addicted to lemonade yet I barely ever have it :'<)

We go back outside and sit on a bench outside my house and watch the bickering continue, this is kinda entertaining.

After a good hour or so, both parties get ready to return to their houses when they see us sitting on the bench, glasses long empty.

"Wouldja look at what we have here." Eduardo says, both groups looking.

They all return to their houses and I turn to see jon remaining, Eduardo calls from across the street.

"Jon! You comin back?" I hear and jon surprisingly calls back in a loud voice.

"I think I'll stay over here for awhile, I like our new neighbor." Jon replied, and we go inside, Eduardo watching amazed from their house.

"My little baby is growing up, he spoke loud and now he's gettin a girlfriend." Eduardo says, wiping a tear from his eye.

After awhile of movies, Jon had fallen asleep on the couch, leaning on my shoulder.

I figured it's fine if he stays over, and I cover him with a blanket.

He smiles in his sleep, and I feel his arm around my shoulders.

I fall asleep to his quiet breathing and relaxed face.

I don't regret moving into this neighborhood.

(A/n I'm sorry if this was awkward but I've never written with him before and I tried to make it fluffy I TRIED)
