●i cant believe your back●

(Toris pov)

After my dear y/n had died, i couldnt stand myself.

It was my fault that she did it, and i just cant be without her.

So, i began several experiments in a desperate attempt to bring her back to life, trying them on dead soldiers or even myself.

One went horribly wrong, leaving me with a red snakes tail in the place of my legs, a forked tongue and slits for pupils.

(A/n i wanna get another snek and name it tori)

Eventually, the black army overran mine, and my base was completly taken over.

I was locked in a cell, in the prison i used to lock enemy soldiers in.

Oh irony, you are bitter.

However, i grew ecstatic when i heard the medical staff was able to resurrect my love, and that she was sent to live a normal life now that society had fixed the damage i caused.

I looked out the barred window, both my real hand and my robotic one clinging to the bars as a smile showed off my fangs.

The sun was setting, and in the very distance i could already imagine how i will escape.

(Red army base is in norway, and youre in england because i said so :P)

"Dont worry min kjærie, i will be there soon." I whispered to myself, one remaining eye closing.

-timeskip until midnight-

I sat up, and crawled over to the bars of my cell, looking either way for the guards.

After seeing nothing but dark, empty hallway, i returned to the window and used my nail to unscrew some of the bars, just enough to slip out.

Now i hung by my tail from the window, attempting to figure out the next step. Its a long drop, but since its into snow i should be fine.

Wrong.

As soon as i landed i was freezing cold, i forgot that i get cold way too easily now.

I moved fast, and eventually made it to oslo, where many people were sleeping and nobody was on the streets.

Slithering through the alleyways, i managed to find a dock where a ship was taking off for england, just what i needed.

I snuck aboard, and hid myself ammoung the crates and other items.

Curling up into a pile, i leaned against my own tail and stared at a picture of her longingly.

Ill see her soon, i tell myself.

-skip to when the boat docks in england-

Now that the boat was docked, i attempted to get off but it was broad daylight, and i would get easily seen.

So, i tossed myself into the water and swam for as long as i could while holding my breath, only going up to breathe when i couldn't hear people.

Soon, i got to the park near her house, and it was growing dark outside. I regretted the swim because now i would probably freeze solid.

Pulling myself from the park pond, i crawled up the bank and shivered, before continuing to where i remember her house was.

I could feel sickness closing in, my body felt so cold it burned, and everything began to ache.

I was essentially dragging my tail down the sidewalk, it was numb from all the cold i had subjected it to earlier.

Soon, her house came into the distance and i began to move even faster to where it was, no lights on at all.

And finally, after who knows how long, i stood infront of her door, she was only a short distance from me now.

Raising a shaky hand, i ring the doorbell while shivering. My heartbeat increased dramatically when i hear footsteps through the door.

My doorbell rang, and i wearily got up, stumbling downstairs and to the door. I opened it, but since it was literally midnight raised a metal bat in defense.

The figure flinched, and i dropped the bat when i saw who it was.

There shaking furiously, was the tori i loved, but with a minor difference of a scaly tail in place of legs.

She looked up at the clatter of the bat, and gave me a small smile. She was shaking furiously, and undoubtably from the cold.

I stepped forwards, wrapping my arms around her and pulling her inside before shutting the door tightly.

She seemed to ease up in the warmth, at least until my large alaskan malamute barked and growled at her.

"Aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!" I never heard tori screech so loud in my life.

"GET YOUR FUCKING DOG BITCH!" She screamed, clinging onto me. She managed to wrap her arms around my neck and her tail wrapped up my waist down to the floor.

"It dont bite." I stated simply, however the malamute continued to growl.

"YES IT DO!" She cried, burying her face into the mess i called my hair.

"Slush, down!" I said and the malamute simply fell over, chubby hairball.

I stepped over the fat fluffer, walking up the stairs and plopping tori on my bed after untangling her from me.

She took up a lot of my queen sized bed, and i sat in a little bit of the empty space near her.

"So... its the middle of the night and im excrutiatingly tired. Explain it but simplify it." I gestured to what used to be tori's legs.

"Ok so... after your death i tried working on a way to bring you back to life and tried it on dead soldiers and even myself... which lead to this..." she murmured the last part but i could hear her just fine.

"Eventually the red army got overtaken by the black army, who managed to ressurect you and sent you back. I decided i didnt want to sit and rot in a cell when i could possibly see you again." She said, then continued to explain how she got here.

I couldnt believe that she went through all that, just to stay back here and see me again.

"So... if you dont want me here i understand." She slithered off my bed, towards the door.

I grabbed her wrist quickly, and she turned, eyeing me.

"Youre not going anywhere, because last time i checked whenever i let you run off you get into trouble like last time. And i want you to stay here." I said.

I could see a few tears in her eyes, before she returned to my bed and wrapped both arms around me. I felt her silently crying as i took in the scent of cigars she always carried.

"I love you." She managed to choke out, still clinging to me. I felt her tail wrap around my legs.

I moved my arms to hold her, running a hand trough her hair.

"I love you too... i love you too..."
