(A/N) Hey! This is the first time I'm writing a werewolf book so please don't leave any hate comments, I'm open to constructive criticism and I would love to hear your thoughts and any ideas you have. I look forward to reading your comments and replying, thank you sooo much for giving my book a chance, I hope I don't disappoint you!

Please try and get through the first chapter, I promise it gets better after it. <3

P.S Alessio speaks Spanish, a language which I don't speak. I've used Google Translate so some translations may be incorrect and I apologise for that, don't mean to offend anyone. ENJOY!

Reynah's P.O.V

Tall evergreen trees passed by in a blur, my paws digging into the moist dirt as my wolf sprinted through the thick forest. I sprinted across the unfamiliar territory, pushing myself to go on further.

My pack- Evergreen pack was involved in a War between the Southern Territory and the Northern Territory, one that had finally ended. It had left majority of my pack members injured and given how large my pack was, our medical supplies were not nearly enough to aid them all.

My father was the pack doctor, I had followed in his footsteps and was ordered by my Alpha to retrieve more medicine for my weakening pack. I went to the neighbouring packs first, but the damage the War inflicted on them made it clear they were in no state to help us either.

With that being said, the only pack left was the Silver Claw Pack - the largest pack in the country. To say I was reluctant was an understatement, the journey north-east would be a long one - three days in fact and my efforts may even be futile considering the pack's reputation.

The pack was known for its ferocity in numbers and their Alpha who had inherited the Alpha title at the age of 18. I have heard the rumours but knew from experience that rumours weren't always true, but one thing was clear - he was dangerous.

In my 24 years of life never have I seen the Alpha of the Silver Claw Pack, he never showed up to gatherings for alliances nor did he attend any meetings. Despite this he managed to build his pack to be lethal in battle.

Reynah it would be much appreciated if you get your mind out of the clouds and pick up the pace, it's getting dark already if you haven't noticed

From my peripheral vision I could see Tobias' dark brown wolf, my father would never let me out of the Evergreen Territory alone so of course he had to come. I didn't mind though, we were good friends.

I acknowledge my childhood friend, Tobias. He was a dark brown wolf, larger compared to a regular sized wolf. He would constantly brag about it to me only getting a roll of an eyes from me.

My wolf could never compare to his large size but I adored my wolf as much as any werewolf would, she has a combination of caramel and ginger fur with dark patches here and there, she also was above the average size for a regular sized female werewolf.

Sorry, forgot you were there

You sure know how to make a man feel special huh? Come on, we gotta pick up the pace.

His sarcastic remark had a hint of anxiousness, through the mind link I could sense his raging nerves that were identical to my own. The idea of entering unfamiliar and dangerous territory had Tobias on edge, his usual relaxed and 'I don't give a fuck" demeanour was nowhere in sight.

I quickly caught up to him, lightly shoving Tobias's wolf as I surpassed him. He huffed in response but once again ran ahead of me to lead the way.

From what I've heard the Silver Claw Pack wasn't just any pack, my father was adamant on me not going, but of course he couldn't go against the Alpha's order to send Tobias and I to retrieve medical supplies.

He would warn me about them, ever since the Alpha's son - a cold and merciless man inherited the Alpha title the Silver Claw pack grew in numbers and expanded their territory, conquering neighbouring packs and unleashing their wrath on those who went against him. My father's words - not mine.

Tobias made it clear that the Alpha of the Silver Claw Pack knows of our nearing arrival, but nonetheless I wasn't allowed to wander off on my own. Understandably so, the last thing I need is to be attacked for trespassing.

The people of the Silver Claw Pack kept to themselves, and yet their name was known by the entire werewolf race. They had a reputation for being born with the strongest wolves, they were lethal and deadly, fitting of their name. His legacy was known throughout the entire country, though young he led with power and strength consequently causing others to kneel before him, as if he was a King.

As much as I was taught to fear them, I was partially grateful for them. If it weren't for them the war would still be raging on, whether they realised it or not they basically saved all the packs of the Northern Territory, including mine. Their power spoke volumes, enough to save my pack from utter destruction.

I urged my wolf to run faster, the worrisome thoughts that usually invaded my mind vanished, but the need to find help only increased. I felt the chilly breeze brush my fur, and the scent of unfamiliar wolves was evident.  We were close.
