A/N Hello my lovely musketeers, I am incredibly sorry that I didn't update last week, I was travelling a lot and I am so mentally and physically exhausted but I got the motivation to update thanks to the encouraging comments I received from all of you who were eager to read a chapter today. I hope you like this chapter! <3

"Sometimes I'm terrified of my heart; of its constant hunger for whatever it is it wants. The way it stops and starts." ― Poe

I stood outside my mate's office and glared at the grand wooden door. The door did nothing to personally offend me, it was my idiot of a mate that my glare was directed at. It has been two days since my introduction to the pack and Alessio has been avoiding me like the plague.

He had created a habit of leaving early in the mornings and coming back home in the middle of the night while I was sound asleep, in hopes to not talk about the deal we made. At first I used the time to get to know the people in my new pack but as he continued to avoid me my patience was hanging by a thread.

I needed answers and the only person that could give it to me was him and hell did he know it. I took a deep breath to calm down before I opened the door without warning.

"Don't even think about telling me you're too busy, I've had it with your lame excuses of long meetings and pack business! You promised to tell me everything and that's exactly what you will do in the next 10 seconds or so help me I will-" I didn't even give him a chance to speak as I ranted all my pent up emotions.

"Amor-"

"Don't even try to get out of this, you've had this coming for days. I don't know if you've noticed but I'm not the most patient pers-"

Alessio had cut me off again but this time I actually shut up. My face heated up when it dawned upon me that he was kissing me, as I responded to the kiss Alessio's grip on my waist tightened. So my hands didn't get crushed in the process I wrapped them around his neck causing him to deepen the kiss.

I felt Alessio's tongue run across my lower lip and I slightly parted my lips in response, before the kiss could get any more heated I pulled away to breathe.

My face was on fire! I've never kissed anyone like that before and I certainly didn't expect it to happen when I came into Alessio's office today.

As I got the courage to look at Alessio I saw his infamous smirk, no doubt directed at my flushed expression.

"Stop doing that!" My embarrassment was at a all time high.

"Stop doing what? Eres tan lindo cuando estás avergonzado." (You're so cute when you're embarrassed)

"That! With the spanish, and the kisses and stupid smirks. You're making me forget why I came here in the first place."

"Now you know how I feel"

I paused, registering what Alessio had just said, the heat rushing to my cheeks again.

"You're doing it again!"

In an attempt to hide my flushed face I quickly rested my head on Alessio's broad chest, erupting a chuckle from him, the rumbling of his chest confirmed his amusement. I tried to pull away so I could see his face but I didn't get far, as Alessio wrapped his large arms around me returning me to my previous position.

"I'm still mad at you" I mumbled incoherently into his chest.

"I know, amor" Alessio replied softly, running one hand through my hair continuously causing me to calm down.
