Reyna's POV
"You're my Luna. You are mine"
With some hesitation, I pulled away from him.
"No, i'm not - I can't Alessio, and I'm definitely not some object that you can call yours" I tried desperately to reason with Alessio but it seemed impossible since I couldn't give him the answers he wanted.
I could never be a Luna, let alone his Luna.
"Then you're my person"
I couldn't help but release a laugh. "Good save"
Alessio let out one of his infamous smirks. "I try" resulting in me rolling my eyes.
"But i'm still not going to take the title of Luna" I instilled again, giving him a warning look as an attempt to persuade him out of making me do this.
Alessio didn't retaliate and from the glazed look of his eyes I could tell someone was mind linking him.
His face suddenly darkened and a low growl erupted from him, my eyes widened at his abrupt change of mood.
"I have a meeting with my Beta, I've asked Aspen to give you a tour of the pack" Alessio said abruptly, as he started making his way out of the kitchen.
"Are you not going to tell me what just happened?" I questioned dumbfounded.
He was out the kitchen but close enough that I could still hear his answer. "No"
I balled my fists in frustration, having the sudden urge to chuck my shoe at his smug face.
Why does he have to be like that? - Who am I kidding? It's not like this is going to work out anyway. I'm not going to risk it.
"Reynah?"
At the sound of Aspen's voice my anger dissipated. I turned around to see confusion evident on her face.
I nervously chuckled as I quickly put the shoe I held in the air a few seconds ago back on my foot.
"You okay?" Aspen asked, striding into the room
"I'm great, your brother's just being an ass"
"As usual" Aspen commented.
"See? This is why I like you - you're a great judge of character"
Aspen started to laugh. "Come on, let's go check out the training grounds - you're going to love it"
"You know too right? Why Alessio suddenly left?" I questioned Aspen.
"Well.. yes but it's nothing to worry about - Alessio is going to handle it - he always does"
"Could you please tell me? I hate the feeling of not knowing" I pleaded, putting on my best puppy-dog eyes.
"Sorry Reynah, I can't. Besides there's nothing to know- Alessio's got it under control. Now off to the training grounds!" She started to drag me out the kitchen. I decided to give up my interrogation, it was clear she wasn't going to tell me anything.

It was weird receiving so many stares when Aspen and I had gone to the training grounds so i was more than happy to be back in Alessio's house. It must of have been Alessio's scent.
