I watched this video after what happened with my grandpa. If more people knew how much it means to just have their pronouns and preferred (real) name respected then there would be a lot more happy trans peeps. What matters is that you try. We just want to be ourselves and it makes it very difficult when the people in your life don't even call you the right thing.
