I haven't been wearing my binder for very long amounts of time or anything. But I think because I bind like every day, even though I don't go over 8 hours, it's kinda making an impact.
Right now, my left rib is sore and my upper back hurts. Can't wait to have top surgery so I don't have to deal with thisssss
