Joker's POV When he killed her:

"Jared You need to start explaining your side of the story of why you killed Harley Quinn." Detective said. Joker Groaned.
"If I have to relive that low moment in my life." Joker said.
"Go ahead, explain." The detective said sitting down.
"Alright so it was just a normal Friday I was home with my beautiful wife and my 2 daughters and my newborn son. My 2 daughters Quinn and Brianna were upset that I remarried because I was in jail for 3 years as you know and I missed their birthdays and I missed everything." Joker said.
"How old are  Brianna and Quinn?" The detective asked. Joker just looked up.
"Brianna is 5 and Quinn is 8." Joker said running his hands through his hair.
"Alright continue." The detective said.
"So they were obviously upset with me and My wife and Quinn is a smart 8 year old and when she gets mad she makes the person who she is mad at gets hurt or whatever. So I think she told Harley that I remarried and have a baby and told her the address so she could come get them. Elaine doesn't really know Harley like I do all she knows is that she is the Queen of Gotham city... My queen. And Quinn acts like her mom." Joker says sipping coffee.
"The Apple doesn't fall far from the tree." The detective says laughing.
"Exactly. But I knew Quinn was going to tell Harley. But honestly while I was in jail I realized I needed to start my life over, I couldn't ditch my 3 other kids to escape my life so I decided to ditch the core to my old life... Harley. I might of hurt her real bad when I left her, and I have a feeling that Harley cried before she came to my house and decided to take her anger on me and Elaine. So Harley barged into my house with a gun and Brianna ran to her room and all I could think was Oh my god What is this bitch doing here!? Why didn't I just leave her a long time ago and I wouldn't have to deal with her? And then I turned my head and saw the fear on Elaine's face and I knew I had to do something. My son started crying and I didn't want her to kill them. I remembered I had a gun in my back pocket. Harley just kept talking and threatening me and Elaine and I had to do something! And I wasn't thinking clearly so I grabbed my gun out of my pocket and shot the Bitch. Then I saw the tears fall from Quinn's face and I saw the fear on My wife's face and i immediately regretted it. Then the thing that got me was the face expression on Brianna's face when she walked out and saw Harley on the ground bleeding and dying. At that moment I was happy that she was dead but sad because the girls loved her and some part of me loved her." Joker says almost crying.
"That's your point of view on this whole thing?" The detective asked questionably. Joker wiped the year out of his eye.
"That is the best point of view your gonna get from me right now." Joker says holding back his tears.
"Well I need to get your daughters and your wife's statements then based off this information we are gonna decide your Court date." The detective said getting up and opening the door for joker. As joker walked out he saw Brianna and Quinn sitting in a chair crying while Elaine was next to them Holding Hunter and was trying to cope with what was going on.
