Chapter 15

I woke up to arms wrapping around my waist. I smiled slightly.

"Good morning beautiful" Jared whispered in my ear.

I rolled over "morning" I smiled.

"What are we gonna do today?" He asked me.

"I don't know." I said as I hopped up.

"What are you doing?" he whined.

"Getting my butt downstairs" I laughed.

And with that I walked out the door.

I was running down the stairs when I ran in to Nina. "sorry" she died laughing.

"It's fine." I laughed back.

Behind me walked down a shirtless Jared.

No this is even more wower than the house.

"A" Libery said pulling me from my gaze of Jared's awesome six pack.

"Huh?" I quickly turned around and said.

They just started laughing.

"Shut up" I played and through a pillow at them.

Liberty's POV

My phone buzzed so I looked at it. Oh it's a text from Cole.

Cole: hey, I'm I know you just said you wanted to be friends and I'm all for that, but I haven't seen you in forever and I know none of you are coming to school anymore because of Joseph, but I just want you to know I need you. I love you. Lib. <3

I put my phone down on my lap. Wow the guy who fools around with all the girls, at least 10 of them a day, is telling me he loves me.

He was good for me when he had me, maybe he's changed.

Ugh, shut up Liberty he'll never change he'll just cheat on you over and over again.

"Liberty?" Sarah snapped me out of my thought.

"Yeah?" I said.

"Are you okay?" she asked me.

"Uh, yeah" I smiled.

Alana's POV

I grabbed my purse an my keys.

"Where are you going?" Jared asked me.

"Today is Joseph's birthday, I'm gonna go see him" I told him.

"Can I come?" Nina asked.

"Sure." I said.

"I'm coming too" Jared said putting a shirt on.

When we got in the car Nina started asking all kinds of random questions .

"So, if you don't mind me asking." She started from the back seat. "What does he look like?"

"Well, right now he's kind of.... Deadish, but he has dirty blonde hair, icy blue eyes and he's really muscular." I finished.

"Wow, sounds nice" Nina blushed.

"He's taken Nina" Jared laughed.

Nina put her hands up in defense.

"Okay we're here" I said.

We got out of the car and Jared grabbed my hand.

"You sure you can do this? I mean last time you saw him you tried to kill yourself." Jared said.

"I don't know, but I have to try." I said.

We walked in the hospital.

"Man, I haven't been in a hospital in forever." Nina spit out.

"Room 234" the lady said.

"Thanks" Nina smiled.

I like her.

We walked in the room.

"Oh my gosh" Nina put her hand to her mouth. She came running over and hugged me. "I am so so so so sorry A!" she told me.

"It's okay" I smiled as I wiped a tear for my eye.

We sat there for a while.

"Happy birthday bubby" I smiled.

Nina and Jared were smiling.

"Your nineteen now I can't believe it."

"Please leave to be twenty" I continued.

Nina and Jared's smile melted.

Jared came and sat by me.

"It's okay to cry" he whispered in my ear.

And with that my head fell into his chest and I lost it.

Nina came over to me too and started to rub my back.

Nina started crying at the sight of me crying.

Libertys POV

Ugh! I thought to myself.

"Liberty. Are you sure your okay?" Sarah asked.

"No" I told her.

"Wanna talk about it?" she asked.

"Okay so there's this guy names Cole who I used to be with but then-" I started.

"Woah woah slow down Liberty, i know who Cole is" she laughed.

"Okay, we'll I dated him. We were doing fine until I thought he cheated on me but he didn't. So I got mad at him and HE broke up with ME. He said I was 'too perky'. ' then he comes ask and says I'm sorry and I love you."

"Wow, sounds peachy" she said.

"Yeah, so I told him that I just wanted to be friends and he said okay. We'll today he text me and said that he's fine with being friends but it's killing him. And he finished the text out with I love you Lib. Heart"

"What did you say?" she asked.

"Nothing" I said.

"What? don't you want him back. He sounded pretty darn serious to me" she said.

"Yeah but-" I started.

"No buts," she said. "Tell the guy you love him." She patted my back and went up stairs.

Fine. I love you cole. And I'll tell you tomorrow.
