Chapter 26

I don't know what happened last night, but it kinda liked it.

"Hey!" Liberty said as she ran in my room.

"Why are you all happy?" I asked.

"Because I saw what happened last night" she smiled.

I turned around.

"Lib," I started.

"Hey, I'm not hating" she interrupted me.

"Okay, so we kissed. It was just one kiss it's not like we're officially dating now" I said.

"Oh comon, you had a spark in your eyes that you never had with Jared!" She threw her hands up.

"His face was in front of mine, how could you see that?" I laughed.

"Yeah.....I may have been looking through your window on a ladder" she looked down.

"What the heck Liberty? how did you know he was in my room" I laughed.

"Joseph saw him and we just had to see what was going on, we couldn't look through your door you would see us" she smiled.

"Whatever, I'm hungry. Wanna go out to eat instead of cooking?" I grabbed my purse.

"I love me some breakfast from McDonald's" she laughed and grabbed her phone.

We walked downstairs and I ran into Reece.

Liberty nudged my shoulder and smirked.

Wow.

"Woah, sorry" he smiled.

"It's fine" I laughed.

"Where you going?" he asked.

"To eat" I smiled.

"Ok cool, when will you be back?" He asked.

"Uh, I don't know, maybe noon" I said.

"Cool see ya then" he smiled and walked upstairs.

Me and Liberty got in my new car.

"He wants to talk to you about last night" Liberty screamed and clapped her hands.

"Liberty! you don't know that" I laughed.

"Girl, who do you think you're talking to?" She sassed.

I laughed.

We got to McDonald's ate, then left.

By the time we got home it was noon. I was right.

I opened the door and we walked in.

"Where is he?" Liberty asked.

"Who?" I asked her.

"Reece!" she smacked my arm.

"Who knows but I'll be in my room" I said and walked upstairs.

I opened the door to my room and my mouth dropped.

There were rose petals all over the floor. There were candles around the window seal and a note on my bed.

What the heck.

I opened the note.

It read:

Hey, so yeah I've been wanting to ask you this for a while, and I'm tired of waiting for your answer.

I love you, Alana.

You're my everything.

You're my ray of sunshine.

My bright shining diamond.

You make me smile and laugh in every single way.

So basically what I'm asking is

Alana Grace Jensen, will you be my girlfriend?

I looked up.

Oh my gosh.

"Will you?" I heard a voice from behind me say.

I turned around to see Reece in a suit and holding flowers.

I stared at him for a while then I dropped the note on the floor ran up to him rapped my arms around his neck and kissed him.

"Yes," I smiled and laughed. "yes I will be your girlfriend" I kissed him again.

(2 hours later)

I was sitting on my bed full of flower petals when Iggy walked in. Great.

"What happened in here" she made a face.

Crap.

"Iggy" I said.

She gasped. "no, Alana don't tell me" she said.

"Yes, I'm his girlfriend now" I yelled.

"Uggg!" She screamed. "what is going on in your head! you make me sick with this stupid relationship crap, why can't you just pick the right guys!" she yelled.

"The right guys? what the heck! At least I've had more boyfriends than you" I shouted.

"Woah woah woah what's going on" Joseph said.

"Why won't you just accept the fact that we forgave him!" I yelled at Iggy.

"Oh that's what this is about" Joseph said.

Iggy barged out of my room.

Then Reece came behind Joseph.

"So you two are dating" Joseph smiled.

"Yeah" I smiled.

Reece nodded his head and smiled.

Joseph left and Reece came and sat on my bed.

"You okay?" he asked me.

I laid down. "Gosh Reece stop asking me that" I whined.

"Hey" he said as he laid beside me. "I just want you to be ok" he said playing with my hair.

I looked at him with teary eyes.

I'm not okay.

"I'll fine" I lied.

"Good" he kissed me.

(6 hours later)

I was laying in my bed thinking.

Buzz buzz.

"Hello?" I said.

"Hey" Jared said.

"What the heck" I said.

"Can we meet up tomorrow and talk?" he asked.

"I guess. When and where?" I asked him.

"The mall 12:30?" He said.

"K bye" I said.

"Who was that?" Reece said laying down beside me wrapping his arm around me.

I sighed. "I have to meet jared tomorrow" I said.

"Oh" he said.

"Are you okay with that?" I asked him.

"Is it like a date?" he asked.

"No he just said he wanted to talk. Don't worry, I won't take him back" I smiled.

"Okay" he kissed my cheek and we fell asleep.
