Chapter 34

I woke up still haunted by the fact that their are two boys, that aren't my family, in my house. Even though I am dating one of them, they're both getting on my nerves. And they've only been here one night!

"Alana?" Joseph said from the other side of my door.

"Come in you doof" I said.

He walked in. "i talked to Jared last night" he said.

I through the magazine that I was reading on the pillow beside me. "Joseph, I don't wanna know" I said.

"Let me at least say this much, he wants you back!" he said.

"Yeah, I got that much when he wanted to stay at our house to help us find Iggy" I said.

"Ooo he wants to find Iggy. He better not, that's my girl" Joseph smirked.

"No he doesn't want to find Iggy. He's not here for her." I snarled.

"Woah, A, is someone jealous" he laughed.

I got out of my bed. "no" I said.

"But you said that he wasn't here for Iggy" he smiled.

"No, he's here for her, no he's, he's, SHUTUP!" I said and walked down the stairs.

"Goodmorning" Libertys voice rang.

I sternly walked in the kitchen and grabbed some food out of the cabinet.

"Oh, good morning Liberty! Thank you for being so kind to me! You're the best friend in the world." Liberty mocked at me.

"I hate boys" I said and shoved a cracker in my mouth.

Liberty got off the couch and came over to me. "Are you sick?" she said eyeballing me.

"Joseph thinks I like Jared" I said.

"WHAT! BUT YOURE DATING-" she started to yell but I covered her mouth.

Reece came walking down the stairs. "everything alright down here?" he asked and came over to me.

"Yeah just fine" I said as he pecked my lips.

I looked at Liberty and mouthed "shutup"

She laughed silently.

"Good news!" Sarah said barging through the door.

"Joseph do you ever lock the door?" I said.

"Hey, Iggy could come walking through it someday." he said.

"We found Jason" she said.

"That's great! How many years did he get?" Liberty asked.

"Woah woah woah, he didn't get arrested. We just are talking to him" she said.

"Sarah he's guilty!" I yelled.

"Hey we don't know that" she said.

"I do" I said.

"Alana calm down" Jared said as he put his hand on my back.

A flash of butterflies shot through my body. Woah. Alana shut up. He's your ex. Your not single.

"Hey. Get your hand off her" Reece said and came over and punched Jared.

"Jared!" Sarah yelled.

"Reece stop it" I said.

"HA! Alana you attract all of them" Liberty laughed.

"He tried to touch you" Reece yelled at me.

"Reece calm down" I yelled.

Reece angrily walked upstairs.

I sighed. "Sarah maybe you should go" I said.

"I'll call you later" she whispered and then walked out the door.

(10:00 pm)

I was sitting on my bed on my laptop.

There was a knock on my door. I really don't wanna talk to Reece right now.

"Come in" I yelled.

To my surprise Jared came in.

"Can I come in?" he asked.

"Your already in here" I sassed.

He looked around. "okay I guess I am" he laughed.

There was a really awkward silence until he said "can I sit down"

"Uh sure" I said.

He came and sat right beside me. Holy crap.

"What are you doing?" he asked.

"Looking at superman shoes." I smiled.

"Ah, that's right you love superman" he laughed.

"Ya know I used to be your superman" he said.

Flashbacks started coming to my mind.

"Jared" I said.

"Look I'm sorry. I am so sorry. I miss you A. A lot. You're dating the guy that killed your family" he said.

"Jared please dont" I said.

"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said that." he said.

I sighed.

"Hey, you need anything my rooms always free" he said.

I bit my lip and blushed as he walked out.

My thoughts were interrupted when I saw Reece standing at the other side of the door.

"So you accually blush for him." he said.

"Reece-" I started.

"No stop Alana. I killed your family I understand." he said and walked away.

Joseph came walking in.

"Hey wahat a wrong" he said coming over to me giving me a hug.

"I'm alone Joseph" I said. In between sobbes. "I'm alone.
