It was that time again, time for Luke to begin packing for another tour. He would always do it a few days before he left so that way he could spend some proper time with you before he was gone for a while. This time though, it was taking him longer than usual. Why? Well, he couldn't find the shirt he always brought on tour with him.

"It has to be here." He grumbled as he sifted through the closet, the dresser, the freshly cleaned clothes in your dryer. It was nowhere to be found. He knew he brought it home with him after the last tour, he'd just worn it a week ago when he randomly decided that he wanted to ask you to marry him. You'd said yes of course and then you spent the rest of the night in his arms, taking the shirt from him and wearing it the morning after. Then it hit him, you also loved that shirt.

Luke shot up from the dryer and began to stroll throughout the house in search of you. When he finally found you in the lounge, a book in your hands, glasses perched on your face and only his shirt covering your frame. Slowly you glanced up, noticing Luke. For the life of you, you tried to hide the smile that was yearning to appear on your face, but you were quickly losing that fight as the edges of your lips began to turn up.

Luke noticed, a wicked grin crossing his face. He leaned against the door frame, arms folded as he took you in, his eyes trailing you up and down before a small shake of his head, his curls flying around in a blur. "Did you steal my shirt again?" He wanted his voice to come out with a demanding tone but just like you fighting back a smile, he fought back a playful tone that forced its way out anyways.

Carefully you placed the book down and stood, sauntering over to Luke and placing your hand over his heart. "If you want it, Luke, you're going to have to catch me." With that being said, you slipped past him and began to run around the house, it wasn't long before you heard his feet pounding the floor behind you. Giggles escaped your lips as you ran, you loved these moments with Luke, always spontaneous and always fun.

Since the beginning of your relationship with Luke, you never wanted to be that couple that became depressed when tours were about to begin. Sure you'd miss Luke when he was gone, but you knew that he'd be back so you turned him leaving for tours into a fun game. Tears were never shed before he left, only laughter could be heard bouncing off of the walls. It'd become your tradition and while you weren't the most excited about him leaving, you were always excited for the fun before he'd leave.

You ran for the bedroom and jumped onto the bed, bouncing with the mattress before settling on your knees facing the doorway. Luke ran in a moment later, his eyes full of amusement as he saw you on the mattress. He slowly closed the door behind him and made to run for the bed as well, your eyes widened as he began his strides. When he landed on the bed, it made the both of you bounce up and down before slowly falling into the other.

Your head rested upon his chest as he placed an arm around your waist, pulling you closer to him, his fingers playing with the bottom of the shirt. "What do I have to do to get the shirt from you this time? I need it on tour, always makes me think of you and helps me perform better."

"You don't need the shirt to perform better, Luke, you always perform amazingly. But I will give back the shirt on one condition."

A low rumble of laughter coursed through his body and you smiled at the vibrations under your head. "What's your condition, (YN)."

"Sing for me."

His head tilted in confusion, he always sung for you.

When you noticed his confusion, you smirked. "Sing for me on tour, Luke. My favorite song. You know the one I'm talking about."

"We're going to be singing that song anyways, (YN), you were going to hear it."

You moved to straddle him before letting your fingers unbutton his shirt, his warm torso sending tingles through your fingers and down your body. "I know, but I want you to sing it for me. Make sure I know I'm the one you're singing about. Let me be your Valentine, Luke." As you spoke, you lifted the shirt off of your body and placed it above Luke's head.

His eyes filled with love and lust at the same exact time, his hands found your hips and he licked his lips. You lowered your face closer to his, kissing his lips gently before he locked eyes with you. "You're always my Valentine, (YN), always."

With a quick move, you flipped the two of you over so you could look up at him. "Then show me Luke."

"With pleasure."
