Brian's pov-
Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a car pulling up. I turned my head to see who, hoping that it would be Jazz and it was. She hopped out of the car and other than me, Zack was the first one to notice her.
"Jazmin!"he shouted as he started running towards her. She glared at him for calling her by her real name but accepted his hug anyway. He then bent down to pick her up bridal style and carry her over to where me and the guys were taking a break from recording. I held my arms out for him to put her in my lap so he did.
"Hi."she smiled up at me.
"Hi."I then leaned down to give her a kiss. We pulled away when we heard gagging noises from Matt and Johnny.
"It's weird to see you kissing my little sister."Matt shuddered.
"Our little sister."Johnny corrected him.
I was about to say something but Jazz beat me to it. She was always fast with saying something back. "We're not even blood related and Johnny I'm bigger than you."
"Everybody's bigger than Johnny."Jimmy laughed.
"Well do I at least get a hug?"Matt asked. "Aren't you gonna tell me about Australia?"
Jazz giggled and got up from my lap and walked into Matt's waiting arms. Johnny complained so next she went to him and then gave Jimmy the biggest hug before sitting in my lap again.
"It's like incest dude."Zacky snickered as they all watched us. I rolled my eyes although I was already expecting the jokes for when they found out we were dating.
"Ha ha he's right."Johnny chuckled.
"Like I said we're not even related. It would be worse if I chose to date Matt rather than Brian. We'venever even actually had the brother sister relationship that I have with you guys."
That was true. I was the only one that never called her my little sister. I don't think Jimmy does either but that's probably because he had a bunch of other names for her. When we were younger she was mostly known as our little sister or the girl that would always hang out with us...or the girl that was always in trouble. But Matt was the one that took the most pride in calling her his baby sister. I remember whenever he introduced her to somebody he always introduced her as his little sister. Some people actually believed him too. They do look like they could be related though. They both have hazel eyes and dimples, only Matt's are deeper.
"But you were always everybody's little sister."Zacky argued.
"Are you saying it's wrong for us to be dating?"she asked with narrowed eyes and her lip slightly jutted out into a pout. She looked cute like that...
"No not at all."Matt answered, still chuckling at something Johnny whispered in his ear.
"You know we're just fuckin with ya."Johnny added.
"Well I fully support you guys being together!"Jimmy exclaimed, beaming at us.
"Thank you Jimmy."Jazz said, voicing my thoughts.
"Hey Jazz, you wanna hear our newest song?"Matt asked. Of course that's what he would use to make her forget that she was 'mad' at them.
She smiled and jumped up from my lap to follow him in to the studio. I got up and followed also, along with the other three.
"So did you call Lauren yet?"Jazz asked when we were inside.
I rolled my eyes and sighed heavily. "Yea but she didn't answer."
"Call her again."she said before going over to where Matt was standing.
I really had no desire to call that women but I know I have to.
"You ok dude?"Jimmy asked, patting my shoulder.
"Yea did she just say call Lauren?"Zacky asked with a small chuckle.
"She's pregnant."I grumbled.
"You got Jazz pregnant?!"Johnny exclaimed causing Jazz, Matt, and our engineer Fred's head to snap in our direction with qustioning gazes.
"Not Jazz dipshit."I said smacking the back of his head. "Lauren."I said bitterly.
"You got your ex-wife pregnant?"Fred asked.
"She wasn't my ex at the time."
"And how do you feel about this?"Matt asked turning to Jazz. She just shrugged her shoulders with an unreadable expression on her face. This was something that I wanted to know too. She seemed cool and calm about it last night, hell she's the one that's telling me to help Lauren with the kid. But is she really ok with the whole situation?
"I'm going out for another smoke." I told them before heading outside.
I sat outside by myself, lighting up my cigarette and bringign it to my lips.
I don't want to be the dad that just abandones his child before they're even bored. I just can't stand the fact that I have to have Lauren back in my life after I finally realized how much of a bitch she is. Plus I also have no idea how to take care of a kid. I'm not ready to be a dad no matter how much Lauren and I have talked about it in the past. But Jazz has always been the one to help me with everything. She's encouraging me to do this so I'm sure she'll be here for me now too. She's always been the one to walk in and make everything ten times easier whether she was helping me or Jimmy or Matt or Johnny or Zack and really anyone for the matter. She's just some sort of angel that's always there for you and that's why everyone is always happy to have her as a friend.
But what if this tears us apart? Now that we're dating this could get too stressful for her. Will she be able to handle having to pretty much share me with my ex plus a child? I know she already hates Lauren and she had to deal with her while we were together but what about now? What's gonna happen now?
I sucked in a big breath and pulled my phone out of my pocket, scrolling down to Lauren's name in the contact list and pressed call. After about three or four calls she picked up.
"Hello?"she answered. It's hard to believe that there was a time where I loved hearing her voice, now it's making me fucking cringe.
I sighed and ran a hand over my face and through my hair. "How are we supposed to do this?"
"Oh so you're finally choosing not to be an ass hole-"
"Can you just tell me what the fuck I'm supposed to do?"
"You don't have to do anything for right now. Collin's taking care of me but I guess I'll call you for the next doctor's appointment."
"Ok..."
"Do you want to go to the appoinment?"
Well as the father I suppose I have to know what's going on with the pregnancy right? But that would mean that I have to be with Lauren and possibly Collin. But I just have to get over it. I'm doing this for my kid. "Yea sure I'll go."
"Ok I'll call you then."
"Ok then talk to you later."
"Bye."
I said a quick bye and then hung up. I closed my eyes and leaned my head back on the chair. Moments later I heard the door open but didn't bother looking to see who it was. I felt someone sit on my lap and I could tell by the petite body that it was Jazz. I felt her lips peck my cheek and then she nuzzled her face in my neck.
"You ok?"she asked running her fingers up and down my arm.
I nodded my head and wrapped my arms around her. "How do you really feel about this?"I asked after a couple minutes of silence.
"I feel as though you're doing the right thi-"
"No I mean like how do you feel?"
"I wish that it wasn't happening because now I finally get you to myself and she comes back but it's not like we can do anything about it so let's just try to make the best out of this ok?" She was looking up at me now and I could tell that she was actually upset about this but I know she's gonna help me though it all.
I nodded my head and took her chin so I could pull her face to mine and connect our lips. It's still kinda weird kissing my best friend but it also feels so right.
