Jazz's pov-

Walking down the isle, I tried to decide on what to make for dinner tonight. Although it would probably make more sense to just order something since Brian won't be getting home until pretty late tonight, if he even does come home. He and the guys were playing a show in Vegas tonight. I wanted to go but I couldn't get off work for the day. Depending on how tired the guys would be after the show, they may or may not just find a hotel to spend the night in. I decieded that I would just order Chinese food tonight because I had a funny feeling that they would just stay at a hotel, even though Brian said he wanted to come home tonight. But I also didn't feel like cooking so I just walked threw the store, throwing stuff into the cart since it's been a while since Brian or I have went shopping.

I noticed a familiar blonde, with a baby bump. It was Lauren. I contemplated just going to the next isle but I didn't want  to look stupid turning around to leave just to come back later after she left. And besides we have no choice but to be in each other's lives so we might as well make the best of it instead of awkwardly avoiding each other.

I sighed and continued pushing my cart until I reached the milk. She was picking up some eggs, which wasn't too far from where I was standing. She noticed me and smiled. I smiled back and was thankful that there wasn't a real conversation, or at least that's what I had hoped.

"Where's Brian?"she asked.

"The guys are playing a show tonight."I replied, placing the milk in the cart.

"And you didn't go?"

"I couldn't."

She made an o shape with her mouth before turning back around, thankfully. I turned back around also, reaching for another carton of milk, because I was sure that we would need it but I stopped when I heard a weird noise coming from Lauren. As I looked at her, I noticed she had put down the eggs, not so gently and some of them had probably cracked as she clutched her swollen stomach.

"Are you ok...?"I asked.

"I don't know. I've been having these pains all day."she said in a strangled voice.

"Like contractions?"I asked, taking a step towards her. I noticed there was a couple on the other side of her looking slightly concerned.

"I think so."

"Maybe you should go to the hospital honey."the lady beside her said. The couple looked like they could be a couple years older than us, considering me and Lauren are about the same age. I noticed they both had matching wedding bands and judging by their age, I would assume that they've already had a baby or two.

"I think so too."Lauren said trying to take steady breathes.

"Yea you're right."I said. I took her hand, and made sure she would be ok with walking.

"Is there anything we could do to help?"the man asked.

"I think I've got everything from here."I said with a polite smile.

"Well good luck."the woman said.

Lauren said thank you and then we were out of the store. I walked her to my car and helped her get in. After making sure she was ok I went over to the driver's side and climbed in. As I started the car, Lauren dug threw her purse, pulling our her phone.

"Could you call Brian for me."she asked. "I have to call my mom."

I grabbed my phone and quickly dialed Brian's number, while trying not to crash the car. It kept ringing and ringing and ringing until I went to voicemail. I cursed under my breath, looking at the clock and realized that they were probably getting ready to go on stage. I scrolled through my contact list and finally found Jason Berry's number, hopping that he would have his phone on him. He probably did but I'm sure he was too busy and that's why he didn't answer it. So I called Lacey next and thankfully she answered.
