Percy's POV

Melinda was sitting in silence as everyone in Olympus was cheering and celebrating another victory, I sighed and made my way towards her. Melinda glanced up at me and gave a smile.

"Hey," Her body shifted towards me to show that she was now giving me her attention.

"I want to cuddle," I pouted while opening my arms widely for her hug me. Melinda chuckled before sitting near me, where I enveloped her in my arms.

"So, is my darling happy?" I asked nuzzling my nose against her cheek. Melinda softly giggled and pulled me closer, wrapping her arms around my abdomen.

"I think my handsome commander can take his girl to dance for a bit." She hummed into my ear, I blushed and shook my head.

"Or he can keep her away from other males and hog her for the rest of the day doing cheezy, and romantic things." Melinda laughed and rested her head on my shoulder as she placed a small kiss on my chest.

"As you wish my shining armor." she chuckled softly and slightly shifted a bit. I smiled and poked her nose with my own.

"Do you want to dance? Because I can dance with you right here in the garden of Olympus," Melinda blushed as she smiled. I loved it. I loved her.

"I would be honored my kind sir." Melinda took her hand out and curved it slightly, waiting for me to kiss the top. I smirked and lifted her hand to my lips but stopped right before my lips touched her soft skin.

"I believe that you are worth much more than a kiss this way." I gripped her hand tighter and pulled Melinda against me. I wrapped my arm around her waist and held her close.

"I feel that I need you to stay in my life forever," I took a deep breath in, before getting on my knees. I looked up into Melinda's eyes, they showed brightly the excitement she felt, and that gave me confidence.

"Marry me?" I said, holding her hand tightly in mine.

"Of course," Melinda replied with a smile to die for, I took out the ring from my pocket and slipped it onto her finger before standing up, and pulling her into a kiss.

Melinda's POV

I sighed out, helping myself feel less nervous, it's been three months since Percy has proposed, and today was our wedding day. I was happy but nervous. Never in my entire life had I been or seen a marriage ceremony, so I was clueless.

I simply stood in the room alone, staring at myself in the mirror. I could not believe who I saw in the mirror.

Not long ago, I couldn't even stand to look at myself in a mirror. But, right now I felt like a princess. I felt beautiful, loved and cherished. All these feelings that I had locked away for so long.

A lone tear escaped from my left eye, as I came to realize if none of it had ever happened then I wouldn't have met the love of my life.

In the end, it was all worth it. Percy was worth all that hardship.

"You love beautiful," I told myself.

"It will all work out and nothing will go wrong on this special day." I closed my eyes and smiled.

"Of course," I jumped as two arms managed to wrap themselves around my waist, and pulling me towards a chest. I looked at the mirror to see Percy standing behind, with his chin on my shoulder. Doing nothing but smiling widely.

I released a loud sigh of relief, but soon a small laugh replaced it.

"You do know it's bad luck to look at the bride in her dress before it's time?" I asked managing to turn in his arm.

I looked up at him, only to see a mischievous smile on his lips.

"I was never one to follow rules, and you know it." Percy gently placed his forehead against my own, being careful to not wrinkle the dress too much.

"I believe we have a wedding to attend," He breathed out. A small hum past through my lips as I smiled at him and took a step away from him.

"I believe we do."

Well, Sorry, I kept saying I would update soon, and to be honest, I didn't do a good job at it. Also sorry for making the last chapter so short but I had major writers' block, and I didn't know how to end this story. (yeah, my fault once more.)

I want to thank all of you for following me through this crazy ride, being with Melinda and Percy and all the other character, because of their not all mine. (SHOCKER)

So, I have amazing friends here (Who I haven't been able to talk too) but trust me, their crazy and lots of fun. (Mostly crazy)

I will now finish this story here, Thank you all once again, and hopeful, I'll decide to write another book or just edit my existing once.

I am editing one, some of you may have read my story titled "The Fading Angel" I took it down to edit and it will be reposted once it's all edited. I will edit if I have time. if not then I'll make time.

Thank you~ Liliana
