Luna was now thirteen years old and in her first year of Jr. High. She did good in school and didn't have any problems with homework. One day however during spring break something would change Luna's life.
Everything had started normal that day until she woke up and went to the bathroom. When she saw a little bit of blood in her panties she panicked a little.
"Mom! Come quick! I'm bleeding to death!" Luna yelled loudly.
Both you and Starscream heard Luna yell and you told Starscream to wait outside the bathroom while you saw what was wrong. When you opened the bathroom door and went in Luna showed you the blood.
"Luna, you just have your period." You said calmly.
"But mom, I don't want a period and I don't want to bleed for seven days." Luna said as she started crying.
"Luna, you're becoming a young woman. You'll get used to it. Thankfully I was able to get pads your size." You said as you went to open one of the cupboard doors under the sink and grabbed a pad.
"Okay mom." Luna mumbled as you gave her the pad.
You left the bathroom so Luna could get a pad on.
"Well, what happened?" Starscream asked you.
"Our little girl is becoming a young woman." You sighed.
Starscream looked a little sad when you said that. He wasn't ready for Luna to grow up yet.
"Okay mom, I think I need aspirin." Luna said as she came out of the bathroom.
You, Starscream and Luna then went downstairs and you got Luna some chewable aspirin and some chocolate.
After a while Luna went to the living room and took a nap on the couch.
