Bree Davenport
The next day, we went to Maddy's house to tell her that she has to stay with Maddy for a little longer. For some reason, Maddy was happy to know that Caty was not leaving, which had me confused.
I took Caty to the other side of the room to talk to her alone. "Caty, Maddy didn't do anything, did she?" I asked her.
"N-N-No she didn't do anything," She replied quickly.
"Are you telling the truth?"
"Yes I am." I nodded at her. "Anyway, we found the location where Theresa's brother hid them and we're going there right now. But you need to stay with Maddy so nothing will happen to her, ok?" I told her and she nodded at me.
We all left Maddy's house and were on our way to the location that we tracked, and on the way, we changed in our mission suits. We reached the location within one hour and saw a warehouse. "Location shows that Theresa's brother is here," Sophia told us.
"Ok. You all remember the plan?" KC asked us and we nodded.
"Let's go," Kim said. We got out of the vehicle and had our weapons ready, and hid behind the bushes. We waited for the right moment and saw a guard walk past us. KC slowly came out from behind the bush, went behind the guard, and broke his neck. The guard fell on the ground, lifeless.
"All clear. Come on." We all followed behind her and reached the side of the warehouse, and stealthily got rid of the guards, and got inside the warehouse. Once we went inside, we killed the guards and got stumped by seeing passageways.
"Which one should we go to?" Alicia asked openly. "I don't know but we don't have time to think. We need to find them," I said.
"It won't be that easy to find your loved ones!" A voice boomed in the room. Sophia pointed to a intercom speaker in the corner of the room. "We're going to play a little game today and its called hide and go seek. I'm sure you played this when you were kids, right? Or you probably still play it!" The guy did a cacky laugh over the intercom.
"Just get to the point. Where are they?!" Kim shouted. "Don't shout! No one shouts at Santiago Cage!" Santiago? Who's Santiago? Well since he has the same last name as Theresa, he is definitely related to her.
"Look Mr. Cage, I know that you're hurting from your daughter's death and we know exactly what happened. But you have to understand that it was not Luke's fault. It was--"
"I don't care! It is his fault and he is going to pay for it along with his father, brothers, and uncles! Now, let me tell you the rules of the game. We're going to play hide and go seek. The object of the game is that you cannot be found by men. If you do get found by them, then they will not waste time to kill you. If you're able to kill all my men before the game is over, then you all win. During the game, you also have to try to find where your loved ones have been kept. The people who are 'it' are my men. Understand?" Santiago explained the 'game.'
"Let's just do it. Their life is on the line," KC whispered to us. "You're right. Ok! We're ready!" Kim told KC and replied to Santiago.
"Ladies and girls, we got this. Just focus. Alicia and Sophia, I know you both never had this scenario before, but I trust that you two will conquer," I told them.
"Ok, enough talking! Let's start, I'm getting impatient." You don't say. Mind you, that was sarcastic. "Ready, set, go! 1....2....3....4...." Santiago started counting and we all went separate ways to go find our men.
I was taking so many turns that I'm pretty sure how to get back to the beginning. I was about to make another turn when I saw a guard with a gun in his hand. I used my laser gun and took him out. "Oh! Nice shot, Bree! 1 down, 10 to go!" Santiago said over the intercom.
