Sparkle (KO x Reader x Tko)

Chapter Two

Enid and Rad were cleaning up the garbage from the fight, while KO talked about how he wanted to become a hero.

"When I grow up, I wanna be just like Mr. Gar! You'll be like him too, won't you Y/n?" KO asked his friend, who was sitting on a bench reading a book.

"Yeah, sure..." She mumbled, not really paying attention.

"Are you two heroes?" KO asked Enid and Rad.

"We're training with Mr. Gar by working here." Enid answered.

"So you're becoming a hero by cleaning up garbage? I can do that! I must do that!" KO said.

"It's not all... Cleaning up garbage..." Rad said as he stuffed robot parts into a trashcan. "We fight robots sometimes."

"Ooh, sometimes. But wait, that's more than one times! How can there even be so many robots?!" KO asked. Enid approached him and sat on a knee in front of him.

"Take a knee, KO." She said. KO fell on his knees. "I said knee not knees." She said. KO fixed himself to be in the same position as her. "Now, when a dumb nerd and a dumb factory love each other very much, they waste a lot of many making robots to attack the plaza."

"Dumb nerd? Dumb nerd?! What dumb nerd?!" KO asked. Rad squinted his eyes and dramatically said,

"The Buttman."

"Of course. The Buttman." KO said.

"Actually his name is Lord Boxman. And you're telling me you didn't notice the evil factory right across the street?" Enid said as she gestured to a shady factory across the street.

"What?!" KO exclaimed. He heard Y/n's laughter from behind him.

"You're so silly, KO." She laughed as she walked up to him.

"Did you notice it?!" He asked.

"Of course I did. It takes up the entire side of the street. It's pretty big, KO." She said.

"Then how come I didn't notice it?" He questioned. Y/n shrugged.

"I dunno. Maybe you're just blind." She said.

"I am not! I have perfect vision I'll have you know!" KO argued. Y/n chuckled.

"Ok, KO. You're not blind." She said. She turned away from KO and said, "You just have so much hair it covered your eyes." KO gasped.

"My hair is not too long! It's just the right length!" He said. He chased Y/n, hearing her laughter as she was just barely out of his reach.

"Aw, they're so cute!" Enid said as they watched the two.

"Yeah. They are pretty cute." Rad agreed.

"So can I be your friends? And work here with you? And work hard to become a hero?" KO asked as he interrupted Rad's work.

"Kid, you can't just hang out here." Rad said as he began putting stuff away.

"Oh. Then can we work here, too?" KO asked.

"I never agreed to that." Y/n said.

"Oh, c'mon! We do everything together! If I get a job, it would make sense you got one, too!" KO said. Y/n groaned.

"Not just anyone can work here. You've got to have mad skills. Like this:" Rad said as he demonstrated his powers. He grabbed some boxes of cereal along with Colewort and placed the boxes on top of a shelf, but sent Colewort through a ceiling.

"Woah!" KO awed. Rad smirked, but his smile faded as KO spoke up again. "Y/n must have super mad skills!"

"What? Better than that? Let's see whatcha got, squirt." Rad said as he turned to Y/n. Her eyes widened as she looked down at her fists.
