Chapter Twenty Six

"Well what is it?" KO's smile faltered.

"Um... Y/t/n is... She's... Stronger now. She can fight for control now." Y/n said. KO's smile disappeared.

"A-And when did this happen?" He asked, trying to stay calm.

"Yesterday... I was scared to tell you because I didn't know what you would do it what would happen..." Y/n said.

"Well what are you gonna do?" KO asked.

"I... I don't know. This is why I didn't want to tell anyone. I thought I could figure this out alone, and then nobody would have to worry." Y/n said.

"It's okay. We'll figure this out." KO assured her. "Isn't there any way you can cage her up again?"

"I would have to fight her. But... I can't. I'm not strong. She's letting me use her powers. She's the only reason I can fight. She'll take it away from me if I try to fight her." Y/n said.

"She's the reason you're strong? But don't you have your own powers?" KO asked.

"Yeah. But they're too weak. I don't use them." Y/n said.

"Well I'm sure if you train, you'll get stronger!" KO said.

"Maybe... But that's not important right now. We need to find a way to stop Y/t/n from getting control." Y/n said.

"I know what you can do..."

"Be quiet, Y/t/n." Y/n said, trying to focus.

"Fine. I mean, I know a way to get me out of you, and then I won't be fighting for control." Y/t/n said.

"What is it, Y/n?" KO asked.

"Y/t/n keeps bothering me, saying she knows what we can do. But I don't trust her." Y/n said.

"Well at least see what she has to say. Maybe she really does want to help." KO said.

"She's probably just trying to trick us." Y/n said.

"Ouch. I didn't know you were so harsh, Y/n. I guess I don't have to tell you." Y/t/n said.

"Just ask her." KO said. Y/n sighed.

"Okay. What is it you wanted to do, Y/t/n?" Y/n asked.

"Give me my own body. Then I won't be in here anymore." Y/t/n said.

"What?! No! I'm trying not to free you!" Y/n said.

"What if I swear to be good?" Y/t/n asked.

"No! You're a crazy, psychotic villain! I'm not gonna give you your own body! And besides, you're the only thing making me strong." Y/n said.

"But I promised I'll be good! I'm not gonna do anything bad! Please! I just want to get out of here..." Y/t/n pleaded. She sounded sad.

"Are you really willing to become a hero, and go against how you feel about everything, just to be free?" Y/n asked.

"Yes! Just please! Let me out!" Y/t/n begged. Y/n sighed.

"She's asking to have her own body. She promised she'd be good." She said.

"Do you think we can trust her?" KO asked.

"I don't know. She sounds pretty sad though." Y/n said. KO was silent for a moment before smiling at Y/n.

"Let's help her." He said.

"And you're absolutely sure you want to go through with this? It cannot be reversed." Dendy said. Y/n nodded. "Very well. Beginning preparations." She said as she placed a helmet on Y/n.

The helmet had a large wire that connected to a machine. The machine had a computer screen, and a tube the size of person. The tube was going to be what Y/t/n would be put into, and be given her own body. Dendy strapped her arm down to the chair for safety measures.

"Starting now. This may hurt." Dendy said as she pushed a button on her computer. Y/n felt a jolt of electricity run through her, shocking her. She got a migraine, and her body grew weak.

"Y/n!" KO rushed over to her. He cupped her cheeks in his hands. "Is she okay, Dendy?! What happened?!"

"She's fine, KO. Her body just isn't used to no turbo energy in it. When the energy was taken out, she grew weak." Dendy said.

"Y/n, wake up. Open your eyes." KO said to her, worried about her even though Dendy just now told him she was okay. He pulled the helmet off her and took the straps on her wrists off.

"Ow..." Y/n mumbled, groaning in pain.

"Oh, thank Cob you're okay. I thought something bad had happened to you." KO said as he hugged Y/n.

"Why wouldn't I be fine? I just got a headache and grew weak." Y/n said.

"Still! I don't know what I'd do if anything ever happened to you!" KO said. Y/n chuckled as she stood up, her legs still weak.

"KO, it's not like I'm gonna die." She said. KO sighed. He helped Y/n stand.

"I guess you're right..." He said.

"Dendy, did it work?" Y/n asked.

"We shall see in a moment." Dendy answered as she walked over to the tube. It was filled with smoke, so they couldn't see inside.

Dendy pulled open the door, letting all that was withint it spill out. Someone's hand leaned against the glass as they stepped out.

"I'm... Free..." Y/t/n mumbled. She looked around, her eyes wide in shock.

"Yes, you are. But on one condition." Y/n said.

"Right. I have to be good." Y/t/n said as she held her hands behind her back.

"Good. C'mon. We've gotta get to the bodega." Y/n said as she turned around.

They made their way out, and bid Dendy goodbye. Y/n turned to KO.

"Heh. Maybe this will work out, with trying to make Y/t/n a hero." Y/n said.

"Yeah. She's super strong, so she'll be a big help." KO said. They turned to Y/t/n, only to see that she was no where to be found.

"Oh no." Y/n mumbled.
