Chapter 14-Anniversary

I woke up today with a major headache feeling like crap.I run my hands through my hair thinking about the last few days.I've gotten my cast off for a week now.My parents then thought it was good to start my punishment for lying to them and trying to go to a party.They grounded me for 3 weeks.However, I've been sneaking out with Dallas but yesterday they found out when I came home.The worst part was that they made it a month now.I don't want to come to face them right now but either way I have to.All they are going to do is lecture me.I got up took a quick shower,applied some light makeup and put on my contact lens.I made my way to my closet ang got a pair of black skinny jeans with a v-neck T-shirt.I added a pair of black sandals.I quickly put my hair into a high ponytail.I made my way downstairs into the kitchen and grabbed an apple.

"Honey, I don't really want you to be mad at your dad and I but you have to understand what you are doing is wrong"my mom says walking into the kitchen in a business attire.

"Sure but why a month"I said walking to the fridge to grab some orange juice.

"Maybe because you came home at 4am drunk and don't get me started with how horrible you looked"my mom says sitting down on the stool.

"But you said you trust me me whenever I go out"I said after taking a sip of my orange juice.

"You are not suppose to even go out and you should've at least come back at curfew"my mom says looking disappointed. I rolled my eyes in response.

"Don't give me that attitude before I make it two months"my mom says grabbing the keys to the red toyota corolla.

"Fine mother at least can I hvae my phone back"I said taking a bite into my apple.

"No,I going to have an important meeting today so I would be coming home late.You are not allowed to use the blue porsche and come straight home"my mom says before leaving the house I sighed.

I've never been grounded before it's not like my grades are going down the drain.I looked at the calendar hanging up on the fridge.

"Oh my god"I said smiling from ear to ear.How could I forget this day.I usually remember everything.Today is October 20th.Today is my one month anniversary with Dallas.Wow I didn't think we will last that long since he actually been with a girl for no longer than 2 weeks.

I ran upstairs to change into a better outfit.I changed into a salmon pink skinny jeans with grey long sleeves fitted shirt with a pair of grey pumps.I added an infinity scarf to go with my pants.I put on silver studs and a silver bracelet.I took a glance at the mirror and smiled at my appearance until I saw my frizzy hair.I quickly straightened my hair.I braided my front layer of my hair and took some bobby pins to hold it up.I smiled in victory.I went downstairs and looked all the options of car keys I could take.I love that my mom and dad buy cars like it's just a pair of shoes.I decided on my dad's white hyundai sonata.I went straight to the mall to get Dallas these headphones he've been wanting then I went straight to Jenna's house since she needed a ride.I waited a few minutes until she came into sight by walking out her door.

"Don't you look all dressed up while I am wearing sweats and this loose shirt"she says when she got into the car.

"Yea, today is my one month anniversary with Dallas"I said pulling out of her driveway.

"Oh wow it's a week after Nicole's and Brandon.That is weird"she said.I shrugged my shoulders in response.

"Are you going to try out for cheerleeading"she asks in excitement.

"I don't know yet"I said.

"We will have so much fun if you make the team"Jenna said.

"Are you dating anyone"I ask Jenna while pulling up to a red light remembering her coming out of Lucas's room the night of Tyler's party.I looked at her with curiosity while she had a nervous look.I raised a brow.She mumbled something but I couldn't make it out.I continue to drive again.
