"So you don't remember anything that happened to you for the entire week you were gone?" Mary Jane asked, taking a seat next to Rosie who nodded, the two girls sitting in their Physics's class, waiting patiently for their teacher to come in. "Yup. All I can remember is waking up on a hospital bed yesterday. That's all."

"Damn." Mary Jane cursed, pulling out her notebook when Ms. Warren walked into the classroom and made her way towards her desk. "Did the doctors at least run tests on you? Ya know, to make sure you don't have any diseases or anything in your system." Rosie nodded again, pushing a strand of her brunette hair behind her ear. "Yeah, they did. They found nothing."

In the corner of Rosie's eyes she could see Peter sitting a couple rows behind her, his eyes fixated on her while Gwen, who was sitting beside him was rambling on something he couldn't care least about. "What's going on between you and Parker?" Rosie jumped out of her thoughts, lowering her head to hide the blush that was forming on her cheeks. "Nothing. N-Nothing at all. Why do you ask?" "Because we only been in first period for ten minutes and you guys just glanced at each other for the twentieth time." Rosie shook her head, her eyes staring down at the school textbook in front of her, knowing she wouldn't be able to lie if she was staring into MJ's eyes. "We're best friends and ever since I came back he has been overprotective of me."

Mary Jane giggled at her friend's words, scoffing a bit. "Overprotective? No kidding. When Flash went over to your locker to ask how you were, I swear I never seen Peter glare so hard at someone before. If looks could kill, Peter would've had Flash six feet under already." Rosie couldn't help blush at the thought of Peter being jealous, "Was he jealous?" She asked mentally as she quickly glanced back at him to see him looking at Gwen as she spoke about something.

"There's gotta be something going on." MJ smirked, noticing the heat on Rosie's cheeks as she stared at Peter. "I said there was nothing going on." "Alright..." She playfully rolled her eyes. "Tonight you wanna hang out?" Rosie nodded, "Sure. My place? Movies and popcorn." "You know it."

Their conversation then died down when Ms. Warren began class, the two girls along with rest of class starting to write down the notes she had written on the white board.

Rosie. That's the only thing running through Peter's mind as he and Gwen sat by themselves at lunch while the others sat together a couple tables down. The reason the couple wasn't sitting with their friends was because Peter asked Gwen if they could talk.
