We where in the studio when Sebastian came in with a girl. I've never seen her before. She's pretty. She must be the new assistant Seb was talking about.

"Hey guys,this is y/n. She's our new assistant." She smiled and waved. She must be shy. She sits on the couch by ems drums. "Okay,let's get to work" Seb says clapping his hands together.

After practice y/n hands all of us a water. "Thanks y/n" I say. She nods her head and starts looking at her laptop.

A few weeks later

It's been a few weeks since y/n started working with us. She still seems shy. Its odd really. You think she would have warmed up to us by now. Right now I was in the living room. She walks in. I look at Seb. He walks over. "What's up rem?" He asks raising an eyebrow. "Can i ask you something?" I ask. He nods and he sits down.

"I'm not trying to be rude,but whats up with y/n? Shes been working with us for a few weeks and she's still really shy around us" I say.

"What do you mean" he asks. "Well,she never says anything. She just nods and smiles and waves and shakes her head yes or no"

"Sebastain shakes his head and smiles at me. "Rem... She's mute" he says. "Oh" I say. "For how long" I ask. "I don't know. That's a question for her" he says while standing up.

At practice
It was the end of practice. Y/n was packing up her stuff. "Hey y/n!" I scream. She looks at me. I motion her over. She comes over and gives me a questioning look.

"Well,since we haven t really had a chance to get to know each other so I thought we could go to the cafe on main street and talk?" She thinks for a minute. She nods. "Great. See you at 8?" She nods again,putting her bag on one shoulder. I side hug her. She slightly blushes. She leaves and i just stand there.

"It's been three weeks and you're already trying to get with her!" Emerson says hitting my shoulder. I just smile.
