finding you (Remington)

It wasn't all that bad. Lots of kids grow up without a dad. All I know abut him is that he left before I was born. My mom refuses to tell me anything about him. I guess she doesn't want me to find him. Sometimes though, I wonder what it would be like to have a dad figure in my life. My moms great and my aunt and uncles are amazing. It's just annoying when you want to learn more and your main source of intel isn't saying anything. 

Three years later  

I was searching around the attic when I found something. It's an old box. I open it up and find wedding pictures pregnancy pictures, pictures of two guys. One in a suit and the other dressed like a pirate. I grab the box, go downstairs, and slam it on the table. "Y/n! What has gotten into you!" my mom screeches. "Tell me about dad!" 

"I don't know how to say this." She says. I sit there patiently. She sighs. "I got pregnant when I was fourteen. Your dad was also fourteen. We were both scared but handled it differently. I took it like an adult and excepted this was my new life. our dad ran for the hills. He started a band with his brothers. It's the one you like so much. Pa-pa-palaye-PALAYE ROYALE!!!!!" I screeched and cut her off. Thats the one." She pulls something from her pocket. "The concerts tomorrow. Go find him." I hugged her and felt tears running down my face. 

Night of the concert 

I found him. After 3 years of searching I finally found him. My father. Singing to a room of hundreds of people. For a band called palaye royale. The room was full of energy. I noticed the lead singer. My dad. I looked so much like him.  

After the show I went to go stand by their bus. They shortly came walking towards me. "Hey! What's up? My father asks. I sigh. "You won't believe me. I know you won't. Just look at me. My names y/n y/m/n kropp,and I'm your daughter"
